Speech detection based on AI techniques can be used in devices or systems driven by voice and automatic speech recognition for security purposes or detecting specific sounds like instrumental or animal sound from audio. This paper discusses the various classifiers for speech detection from the audio signal and extracting the data through modules. The input audio signal is 3 secs, and ~60kb of size is given to Classifiers and compared the different performance metrics of Machine Learning Classifiers (MLC) for extracting the speech from the audio signal. The accuracy of speech detection is better in Stochastic gradient descent (SGD) than in other classifiers, 93%. Specificity, Sensitivity, and F1 scores were also calculated for speech detection. Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) of machine learning classifiers was calculated and compared. All the electronic devices work on the signals that can be either analog or digital. With the advancement in CMOS technologies, IC’s were designed that can be used in electronic systems, where the major concern was power consumption without affecting the performance of the device. One of the vital blocks in this system is analog-digital converter (ADC) that acts as interface amid the analog worlds to the digital world. Among the prevailing ADC architectures, one of the utmost used is successive approximation register. SAR based ADC achieves an improved sampling rate at low power and high speed. It is appropriate for data acquisition and provides a worthy trade-off amongst design complexity and power dissipation by providing high-energy efficiency. In SAR-ADC architectures, one of the vital blocks that consume much amount of power is comparator. This paper converses the design of comparator simulated at 90nm and 45nm CMOS technology that has reduced the overall power consumption of SAR-ADC. This, in turn, has increased the requirement of data storage technology. At this juncture, nucleic acid memory had been proposed as an alternate source of data storage and management technology that possessed great data density and high retentivity capabilities. The proposed work exploits the capability of extended nucleotides to enhance the data density of nucleic acid memory and introduces a lossless data compression algorithm named, \"Selective Run-Length Constrained Encoding\", which effectively accounts for the constraints related to GC content and homopolymer run. Dissimilar life years and power capacities of the battery units are reflected on the objective function and constraints of the problem respectively. The entire policy is construed into a master-slave problem to make the evaluation technique facile and fruitful. To accomplish the idea of storage mix, a novel hybrid MILP-GA storage management algorithm has been proposed. The designed algorithm chooses most economic storage unit at each time interval and looks into simultaneously the effect of the selected unit on the distribution system. Finally contributions of each unit to the total mix capacity are evaluated. The fast development of technology and capability to perform complex computing has made it possible for mankind to remotely perform some work which would otherwise require manual working in close proximity of hazardous environment. Thus mankind has been able to develop remotely controlled vehicle to explore the hazardous environment. A semi-autonomous Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) is developed in the present work. A webcam and sensors mounted on the ROV transmits the picture of the immediate neighbourhood and data collected by sensors, to the computer stationed in a remote control room using a Arduino and a few other modules. The picture and sensor data are presented to the operator by a Man Machine Interface. The operator remotely controls the movement of the ROV using a Joystick interfaced to the computer. Electromagnetic waves can now be used as a source of energy for sensing and transferring data with the development of metamaterial absorbers (MMA). A detailed application-based research of design concepts and numerous approaches of improving MMA properties has been reviewed in this article. In addition, various applications of MMA such as optical switching, sensing and energy harvesting have been discussed. Here, the simulation model of the proposed gas sensor has been assessed by incorporating the NEGF method in SILVACO ATLAS. In addition to this, the performance of the device has been evaluated by studying the shift in its threshold voltage against the variation in metal (gate) work-function with the gas exposure. The results obtained exhibit maximum shift in the threshold voltage (precisely 232 mV) for a metal work function change of 200 meV. Moreover, the paper also demonstrates the change in density of states, transmission probability etc. in the presence of H2 gas molecules.
