The electrical parameters like DIBL, subthreshold swing, transconductance, and ratio of on current to off current are analyzed and compared with the conventional strained Si/relaxed Si0.8Ge0.2 heterostructure PMOS device. In comparison to the strained Si/relaxed Si0.8Ge0.2 heterostructure PMOS device, the proposed device is found to be better one. Teachers can be in charge of multiple students and having to evaluate the answer sheets of these many students can be hard after a long day of work. Our system aims to automate this evaluation process by taking into consideration all the current practices followed by teachers and students so that our solution can be optimal for use as soon as possible. We have taken into consideration the use of apps that scan answer sheets. We aim to create a system that can take these scanned images, evaluate them and output a CSV sheet with the grades assigned to each student so the faculty can quickly go through it. Jit","doi":"10.1109/VLSIDCS53788.2022.9811492","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/VLSIDCS53788.2022.9811492","url":null,"abstract":"In the present study, inorganic-organic hybrid ternary blend of CdSe tetrapod nanocrystals (NCs): PCDTBT: PCBM nanocomposites is prepared and characterized with the help of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV- Visible spectroscopy. The prepared ternary blend nanocomposites film has been spin coated on ZnO nanorods electron transport layer, grown on FTO coated glass substrate by a low-cost hydrothermal method. Herein, we have investigated and successfully demonstrated the high white light photosensitivity as well as photo response properties of ternary blend nanocomposites-based photodetector device. The fabricated device exhibits a stable photo-responses under modulated (ON/OFF) white light from solar simulator. The marked photosensitivity of the photodetector device is as goodly as 567 %. Microarray technology has revolutionized the biomedical research. The purpose of microarray investigations is to find genes that are differently reproduced in cell cultures and samples under various biological circumstances. As a result various data mining and pattern recognition approaches, such as clustering, classification, and prediction, must be carefully reviewed when it comes to design data analysis methodologies. For a better knowledge of how genes are associated and how their dependencies vary from normal to cancerous stages, association rule mining tools can be used efficiently.
