This is two stage method. At first, wavelet based fusion method is proposed for the multispectral image to produce high resolution multispectral image.In the second stage a texture based classification is performed ith pattern study.Minimum distance classifier is used to classify the input image based on weighted texture features. Accuracy is computed by collecting the ground truth points from the study site. Similar procedure is repeated for the Google Maps data and accuracy comparison of World View 2 and Google Maps is carried out. Thus World View 2 data outperform Google Maps data by achieving accuwracy of 80 percentage.","PeriodicalId":307218,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th International Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICDCS)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128915582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Rudimentary intelligence relies on sufficiently fast digital circuits based on thin-film transistors (TFTs). A key material parameter for high-frequency operation is the charge carrier mobility. However, organic semiconductors frequently already surpass the mobility of amorphous silicon. Thus, development efforts recently shifted towards the reduction of the contact resistance to further increase the operating frequency. Contact resistance values for organic TFTs are orders of magnitude higher than for silicon technologies and critically limit the TFT current drive. Probably even more important, the charge injection across an organic metal-to-semiconductor interface shows a non-ohmic bias dependence. In the present work, we estimate the deteriorative effect of non-ohmic contacts on the delay of complementary inverters at a given current drive. Moreover, we advocate the use of table circuit models in the absence of physical compact models and related extraction strategies for bias-dependent contact resistances.","PeriodicalId":307218,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th International Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICDCS)","volume":"28 5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123462566","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The output power of 38.5 dBm to 39.2 dBm with over 10 ±1 dB power gain is achieved. The power added efficiency (PAE) of 17% to 33% has been achieved over the band of (1.2-2.7) GHz with drain bias voltage of 25 Volts. The amplifier is operated in CW mod. MIC power amplifier has been designed using CGH40010F device. The main challenge in designing the broadband high power amplifier with flat gain is to achieve proper source and load impedance matching. The major application of wideband power amplifier is in electronic warfare and high end security communication.","PeriodicalId":307218,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th International Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICDCS)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114593946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Scaling design or counter is used as a key element for increasing or decreasing the values of an operator depending on its previous state. During the counting process frequency and time can be measured. The major problem in scaling circuit is the power consumption due to the power dissipation in the clock during standby mode. One-third of the total power is consumed by the clock signal in a counter. In this paper, power consumption is reduced by minimizing the number of switching activities. The power consumption in counter further reduced by reducing the power consumption in flip-flops. This can be achieved by combining True Single Phase Clock Logic (TSPCL) with Self-controllable Voltage Level (SVL) technique. TSPCL performs the Flip-Flop operation at high speed with low power. SVL technique suppresses the power due to leakage current and also uses less number of transistors thus the system complexity also gets reduced. The proposed design consumes 27% less power than the existing design. The proposed methodology reveals promising avenues for low power modern electronics items.","PeriodicalId":307218,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th International Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICDCS)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125344460","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we revisit the reversible data hiding scheme proposed by Xinpeng Zhang in 2011. To ensure the exact image recovery at the receiver side, the existing scheme uses a block size of 32 × 32 pixels, this leads to an embedding rate of 9.76 × 10-4 bite per pixels. We also observed that the existing scheme is prone to fail while recovering an image block which contains highly correlated pixel values (very smooth region). In this manuscript, we propose a new scheme which will help to reduce the block size without compromising the bit error rate. The experimental study of the new scheme is carried on USC-SIPI image dataset managed by the University of Southern California, and the results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing scheme.","PeriodicalId":307218,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th International Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICDCS)","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130397562","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the age of innovation, a solution for the problems faced by the visually impaired ought to be found. Many activities like reading plain text, chatting online, sharing files and performing other routine yet indispensable tasks would be made possible through a braille tab. In this paper, the need of a multipurpose braille tab is envisaged based on a thorough study of the diverse literature available today. Along with using the tab to create braille-equivalent files of text and speech, a messaging system can be developed via a mobile application synchronized with the tab. Its functions can be extended by using it as a ‘book-reader’ for online portals, and for interfacing it with the existing keyboards. Adding features like these would make the tab more user-friendly and provide a much needed lucid and convenient experience.","PeriodicalId":307218,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th International Conference on Devices, Circuits and Systems (ICDCS)","volume":"139 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133451773","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
