Abstract

Medical image fusion is a process of gathering relevant data information from two or more images, the important information from the images sources are taken which results in having better or more reliable medical image. The Paper present Medical image fusion in transform domain by using DWT(Discrete Wavelet Transform) and SWT(Stationary Wavelet Transform).The edge and energy rule for the decomposed bands of DWT, SWT based image fusion are performed.
