The design of this study is descriptive. The research subjects were second-semester students of Chemistry Department A, B, and I classes in Malang State University in 2018/2019 Academic Year totaling 60 students. The reliability of the diagnostic test is 0.86. The results showed that students' misconceptions of the factors affecting chemical equilibrium shifts identified 9 misconceptions with an average percentage of misconceptions below 30%. Misconceptions also often occur in students when associated with submicroscopic representation.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis miskonsepsi mahasiswa tentang  pergeseran kesetimbangan kimia dengan menggunakan tes diagnostik two-tier multiple choice berbasis multipel representasi. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester 2 Jurusan Kimia kelas A, B dan I Universitas Negeri Malang Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 60 mahasiswa. Reliabilitas tes diagnostik sebesar 0,86. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa miskonsepsi mahasiswa pada faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pergeseran kesetimbangan kimia teridentifikasi 9 miskonsepsi dengan rata-rata persentase miskonsepsi dibawah 30%. Measurement of the level of similarity in understanding or effectiveness of communication seen based on the results of interviews with two research subjects. Based on observations during the problem-solving process and analysis of communication effectiveness, it is found that students' mathematical communication in solving problems is very effective Abstrak: Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas komunikasi siswa berkepribadian ekstrovert dalam pemecahan masalah matematis. Subyek uji coba adalah dua siswa kelas XII SMA yang memiliki kepribadian ekstrovert. Pengukuran tingkat kesamaan pemahaman atau efektivitas komunikasi dilihat berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan dua subjek penelitian. This type of research is quasi experiment research. The sample used is the students in three classes each schools that is determined by cluster random sampling. The research data collected by pretest and posttest score. Data analysis using two way ancova and then continued with LSD 5%. The research result indicate RICOSRE learning model significantly influenced the X grade students’ problem solving with a corrected average of problem solving achievement is 87,83%. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran RICOSRE ( Reading, Identfying problem, Constructing Solution, Solving Problem,Reviewing Problem Solving, and Extending Problem Solving ) terhadap keterampilan memecahkan masalah siswa Kelas X MIPA di dua SMA. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan ialah siswa pada masing-masing tiga kelas di setiap sekolah yang ditentukan secara cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan pretest dan posttest. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji two way ancova kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut LSD 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran RICOSRE terhadap keterampilan memecah-kan masalah siswa. The research design is Noneqivalent pretest - posttest control desaign group. Research data in the form of the acquisition of essay test scores. Essay test results were analyzed using anacova. Based on the research result it is proved that there is a potential of the RICOSRE on students' scientific reasoning abilities on different academic abilities. Abstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi model pembelajaran RICOSRE dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah siswa dengan kemampuan akademik berbeda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi-eksperimien. SMAN 1 Malang dan SMAN 7 Malang menjadi tempat penelitian dengan jumlah 188 siswa sebagai sampel. Data penelitian berupa perolehan skor tes esai. Hasil tes esai dianalisis menggunakan anakova. This research is a quasy experimental design. The instruments were used cognitive learning outcomes test and the test of scientific reasoning abilities. Data were analyzed using two way ANCOVA (2x2 factorial). The results showed: (1) learned with ADI-S on the reaction rate material get cognitive learning outcomes higher than learned with ADI, (2) student with high scientific reasoning abilities have better cognitive learning outcomes rather student with low scientific reasoning abilities both in ADI-S’s class and ADI’s class. Key Words : ADI; ADI-S; scientific reasoning abilities; cognitive learning outcomes Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar kognitif siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model Argument Driven Inquiry-Scaffolding (ADI-S) dan model Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) dengan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah berbeda. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy eksperimental design. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes hasil belajar kognitif dan tes kemampuan penalaran ilmiah. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANCOVA dua jalur (faktorial 2x2). Hasil analisis menunjukkan: (1) pembelajaran dengan model ADI-S pada materi laju reaksi memberikan hasil belajar kognitif yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan model ADI, (2) siswa dengan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah tinggi memberikan hasil belajar kognitif lebih tinggi dibandingkan kemampuan penalaran ilmiah rendah baik pada kelas ADI-S maupun ADI. It also to find whether there were differences in Science Process Skills of students between learning to use scaffolding and none. The research subjects were 72 students of XI_A_ 1 and XI_A_3. It was found that (1) There are differences in HBK between both classes The experiment class had higher learning outcomes (86) than others (79); and (2) There are differences in KPS between both classes. The experiment class had higher learning outcomes (83.3) compared to others (78.5). Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara belajar menggunakan perancah dan tidak ada. Ini juga untuk menemukan apakah ada perbedaan Keterampilan Proses Sains siswa antara belajar menggunakan perancah dan tidak ada. Subjek penelitian adalah 72 siswa XI_A_ 1 dan XI_A_3. Ditemukan bahwa, (1) Ada perbedaan dalam HBK antara kedua kelas. Complicated learning materials make it difficult for students to construct their knowledge and understand the concepts. Survey research using a questionnaire was conducted to determine the causes of difficulties for high school students in understanding the Human Reproductive System concepts. Respondents were grade XII science students and two teachers. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The research findings indicate that students’ difficulties are due to (1) the extensive usage of scientific terms, (2) abstract concepts, (3) monotone, and (4) inadequate sources of information. The implication of this result is that teachers are required to elaborate appropriate strategies and textbooks to lead students getting accurate knowledge. Key Words : learning difficulties, senior high school students, human reproductive system, teacher, textbook, misconception Abstrak : Sistem Reproduksi Manusia merupakan konsep dasar dalam ilmu biologi yang berkaitan de-ngan kehidupan sehari-hari dan menarik bagi siswa SMA untuk dipelajari. Namun, kompleksitas materi seringkali membuat siswa kesulitan dalam membangun struktur pengetahuan dan memahami konsep.  Penelitian survei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dilakukan untuk mengetahui penyebab kesulitan siswa SMA dalam mempelajari materi ini yang berpotensi memicu miskonsepsi. Responden adalah siswa kelas XII IPA dan guru. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan siswa disebabkan karena: 1) terdapat istilah asing yang sulit dimengerti dan diingat, 2) beberapa sub konsep bersifat abstrak sehingga sulit dipahami dalam konteks nyata, 3) cara guru menyampaikan materi terlalu monoton dan tidak menarik, 4) sumber informasi yang kurang memadai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru perlu mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan memilih buku teks yang baik sehingga siswa memperoleh pengetahuan yang akurat. The study was conducted following a research design of ex-post facto. The samples were 102 double-expertise teachers of Malang. To answer its problems, the study collected the data by using questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The data gathered were then analyzed employing desctiptive analysis, regression analysis, and partial correlation analysis. The study found that (1) there is a relation between the prior knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and age to the competence of double-expertise teachers (0,000 < 0,05); (2) a relation is revealed between the prior knowledge and the competence of double-expertise teachers (0,000 < 0,05); (3) a relation is identified between the mechanical aptitude and the competence of double-expertise teachers (0,015 < 0,05); and (4) a relation is found between the age and the competence of double-expertise teachers (0,001 < 0,05). Abstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi awal, bakat mekanik, dan usia dengan kompetensi guru keahlian gandaPenelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian ex-postfacto . Sampel penelitian ini adalah 102 guru keahlian ganda di Kota Malang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi ganda, dan analisis korelasi parsial. To achieve these objectives, three reasoned multiple choice questions were used. The question is part of 20 standard test questions that are used to measure understanding of student mechanics concepts in the Basic Physics course. The study was conducted using a survey method. Data were obtained from student responses in answering questions. Claims of student understanding were seen from the choice of answer options and reasons given. The results of the study indicate that students still have many wrong assumptions regarding x(t), namely as a displacement; determine the distance from x(t) by adding the position of each unit of time and adding the initial and final positions; and assume that acceleration (-) is slowing down. Key Words : conceptual understanding, function of position, kinematics Abstrak : Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan 48 mahasiswa pendidikan fisika dalam menentukan jarak tempuh, kecepatan rata-rata, dan percepatan dari fungsi posisi. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan tiga soal pilihan ganda beralasan. Soal tersebut merupakan bagian dari 20 soal tes standar yang digunakan untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep mekanika mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Fisika Dasar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei. Data diperoleh dari respon mahasiswa dalam menjawab soal. Klaim pemahaman mahasiswa dilihat dari pilihan opsi jawaban dan alasan yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa masih banyak memiliki anggapan yang salah terhadap x(t) yakni sebagai perpindahan; menentukan jarak tempuh dari x(t) dengan men-jumlah posisi setiap satuan waktu, dan menjumlah posisi awal dan akhir; dan menganggap bahwa percepatan (-) sebagai perlambatan. The analysis was based on student answers and the level of student confidence in the correctness of the answers in quantitative descriptive and qualitative. The results of the analysis of identification tests were reinforced by thinking map of Newton’s laws of student presentation and followed up by interviews. The results show that students’ conceptions of motion and Newton’s laws is insufficient. Prospective teacher students are required to learn the concepts of Motion and Newton’s Law applied and influenced by common sense. Key Words : conception, Newton’s laws, motion Abstrak : Penelitian dilakukan dengan memberikan tes identifikasi aplikasi hukum-hukum Newton tentang gerak kepada mahasiswa berupa soal pilihan ganda pada mahasiswa yang terdaftar pada matakuliah Mekanika dan Fisika Dasar. Analisis didasarkan pada jawaban mahasiswa dan tingkat kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap kebenaran jawabannya secara kuantitatif deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis tes identifikasi diperkuat dengan thinking map hukum-hukum Newton sajian mahasiswa dan ditindaklanjuti dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsepsi mahasiswa tentang gerak dan hukum-hukum Newton dalam kategori “Kurang Paham”. Mahasiswa calon guru perlu belajar dan mempelajari konsep Gerak dan Hukum Newton secara aplikatif dan dipengaruhi oleh common sense .
