In the first part of the article is reflected the activity of the “Rai” monastery, which served as the foundation for the formation of the labor collective. The second part of the study mirrors the way the new agricultural entity is organized. The chronological limits are set between 1924 (the establishment of the agricultural commune) and 1926 – a year that started with the first inspection inside the village. Analyzed in general terms, the agricultural commune “From darkness to light” was itself a utopian experiment promoted by the Soviet authorities on the left bank of the Dniester River in order to restore on new economic, political, social and ideological ways the rural community of the AMSSR.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"32 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90498485","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its members were obliged to combat and annihilate various socio-political movements with a pronounced anti-government character. Among such movements and parties was the Russian Social Democratic Labor Party, which was also active in Bessarabia. From the moment of its emergence until the abolition of the monarchy in February 1917, this party had some influence on the revolutionary movement in the region. Organizationally structured on two levels – legal and illegal (the Combat Organization of the Revolutionary Socialist Party), the party represented a real danger to the autocratic regime. The party’s activity was closely monitored by the Regional Directorate of Gendarmes, which managed to infiltrate inside the organization a number of secret agents, who reached positions of responsibility within the committee and who kept the authorities informed of all party movements and plans. With some rare exceptions, the indigenous population remained outside the Party’s sphere of influence.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90361182","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To achieve the objectives of the study, a survey was carried out with the help of an online questionnaire, in which 842 specialists from public, university libraries, as well as those from general education institutions participated. The results of the analysis show that the highest participation rate is in 1-2 educational programs, the respondents prefer to be offered continuing professional training programs and it is essential to stimulate their motivation to participate in training programs. The majority of the ones investigated confirmed the need to develop the system of continuous professional training of library staff in the Republic of Moldova. The results of this study have implications for the planning and implementation of continuing professional development in libraries from the Republic of Moldova. The originality and value of this work lies in the fact that it presents the results of one of the few studies on the development of specialized library staff undertaken in our country.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"45 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84558365","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

AMA or AMA-M2 are specific markers for diagnosis of PBC, detected in about 90 % of patients. Antinuclear antibodies (ANA) specific for primary biliary cholangitis, anti-sp100 or anti-gp210 subtypes, can be used as markers of PBC diagnosis in case of patients with negative AMA. In addition to being specific for diagnosis of PBC, the presence of anti-gp210 was associated with more severe forms, rapid progression and poor prognosis of the disease. The first therapeutic option for PBC is considered ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), and for patients with a suboptimal response, it is recommended second-line treatment with obeticholic acid. 8-10 % of patients with PBC may have overlap syndrome with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), which occurs with biochemical, serological and/or histological features of AIH in patients with cholestatic manifestations of PBC. „Paris Criteria” help to identify patients with PBC/AIH overlap syndrome. The article also examines a clinical case of PBC, AMA negative, which required additional investigations for evaluation, diagnostic discussion and current management of overlap syndrome associating PBC and autoimmune hepatitis.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"56 6 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82792506","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The process of must clarification was studied in this research, using the fungal origin biopolymer, chitosan, in comparison with the use of the most commonly used fining substances in winemaking practice, the pectolytic enzymes and bentonite. The physicochemical composition of clarified musts and of dry white wines obtained from these musts, produced in micro-winemaking conditions, within IȘPHTA, was studied. The dynamics of the alcoholic fermentation process of the clarified must with the use of the studied substances was also studied. The research carried-out proves that the treatment with chitosan contributes to a better clarification of the must compared to pectolytic enzymes or bentonite. Dry white wines obtained correspond to the quality requirements, stipulated in the normative documents in force, and the higher quality of must clarification by chitosan treatment also has a positive effect on the organoleptic indices of the wine. Tests on the susceptibility to various physical-chemical changes have shown that treating must with chitosan enables the production of dry white wines that are stable to protein breakdown and oxidative browning. As a result of the research, recommendations were given for the clarification of the grape must in order to obtain quality dry white wines.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"19 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89918975","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
