In this paper, NIR spectroscopy in combination with partial least-squares regression (PLSR) was used to predict soil chemical properties on regional and local scales. The results obtained show a higher potential of NIRS to assess soil fertility on local scale, compared to a regional scale, with excellent prediction for organic C, carbonates and total N content (R2 ≥ 0.98 and RPD > 6), and good prediction for soil pH (R2 =0.88 and RPD > 3).","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88714104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The paper aims to identify the specific of teaching methods used in Moldovan educational institutions, based on the survey of young people – mainly students, masters and doctoral students from universities and students from the technical vocational education institutions, who studied the entrepreneurship course. The survey involved 289 students. The questioning was done face to face or in groups. The results of the study showed that, most of the students highly appreciated such methods that combine theory with practice (such as business plan development), as well as methods that motivate students’ activity and cooperation between students and teachers (interactive lessons, group work). Less attractive to young people were economic and mathematical methods (except for doctoral students) and the analysis of legislation by example. Considering that the students show a greater interest for the practical and interactive aspect of the course teaching, one of the conclusions emphasizes that it is relevant to practice the teaching methods, based on the use of experience and experiments (role plays; imitations, etc.).","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"68 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89327352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The qPCR analysis of WHY1, TGA2 and TGA5 transcription factors revealed transient, oscillating changes in the accumulation of mRNA in plants cultivated in the absence and presence of pathogen in dynamics. The highest level of relative expression of WHY1 factor was attested in the roots of host plant during the stage of aerial shoots development (67 days), contrary to factors belonging to TGA family, which showed minimal values of the relative expression at the same stage of development. In the most of cases WHY1, TGA2 and TGA5 genes were found to be suppressed in the roots of sunflower-resistant genotypes under biotic stress. The higher number of gene interactions is due to co-expression in the case of WHY1 (93.68 %) and the presence of common protein domains in the case of TGA family factors (70 %). Associations between the NPR1 gene with TGA2 (46 connections) and TGA5 (33 interactions) have also been identified. The highest fluctuations in the level of relative expression of the NPR1 gene (key element in the manifestation of plant resistance) are found in the sensitive genotype Performer, in the case of noninfested plants and in resistant hybrid PR64LE20 under biotic stress.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87643649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The vigour of the variety-rootstock association, crown shape, planting distance, the age of trees and the pruning system have been studied. The studies regarding the establishment of culture systems for the cherry species were carried out in 6 stationary experiments, located on ordinary chernozem, in the southern and central fruit-growing areas of the Republic of Moldova. The growth and fruiting of the Valerii Cikalov, Record, Ferrovia, Kordia, Regina, Stella, Skeena, Bigarreau Burlat, Lapins, Early Star, Samba and Black Star varieties, grafted on rootstocks of the Cerasus mahaleb L., MaxMa 14 and Gisela-6 in different combinations and at different planting distances, have been investigated. High vigor trees are used on non-irrigated soils in association with self-fertile varieties and optimal planting distances that ensure high yields. Cherry trees, grafted on rootstocks of medium-low vigor (Gisela 6) and moderate (MaxMa 14) are used on fertile soils and well-irrigated, provide medium-sized trees, managed entirely from the ground level, early harvests, average yield, reducing costs for harvesting fruits by increasing labor productivity. The investigated cultivar-portaltoi associations are suitable for the pedoclimatic conditions favorable for cultivation in the respective area. The variety-portaltoi associations will have to be selected according to the direct objective, the culture system and the applied technology.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"10 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87341085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

University professors Gheorghe Palade and Ion Agrigoroaiei researched major problems of Romanian history in the contemporary era. Both university teachers, being born in Bessarabia, had the opportunity to carry out their research in their favourite field only after the fall of communism. Their scientific investigations were accompanied by a prodigious teaching activity, carried out in the most prestigious universities in Chisinau and Iasi. By cultivating the historical knowledge in young people on both sides of the Prut river, their university professors Gheorghe Palade and Ion Agrigoroaiei, were road openers and bridge builders who fortified the spiritual and cultural connection between Bessarabia and its historical homeland Romania. The legacy left by the two teachers is relevant through published books and studies, through formulated thoughts and ideas, through unique historiographical concepts, all being taken over by their many disciples who continue the noble mission of being historians.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"63 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78084541","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, during storage, the fruits are affected by certain diseases, which can cause considerable losses. As a result of research, it has been established that the technology used is one of the main factors in the storage period, able to regulate the intensity of ripening senescence processes in apple fruits, and as a result their degree of resistance to fungal diseases and physiological disorders. Fitomag has had a significant influence not only on the fruit ripening process, but also on the quality and resistance to fungal diseases and physiological disorders. The investigated fruits had an attractive appearance, high firmness, juiciness and a more pleasant taste, compared to the control fruits.
