Determination of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels may have a predictive role in the subsequent development of pregnancyspecific pathologies such as preeclampsia, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and gestational diabetes. Also, disorders present in the lipid profile may influence the weight of the newborn at birth. Early dyslipidaemia during pregnancy, manifested by elevated triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol serum levels, has been associated with the development of preeclampsia. In laboratory tests, pregnant women diagnosed with intrahepatic cholestasis have significantly higher plasma triglycerides levels and reduced high-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations compared to healthy pregnant women. In case of foetal intrauterine growth restriction in the newborn, literature data report significantly increased triglycerides levels. Women who during pregnancy developed gestational diabetes had higher plasma triglycerides levels and lower high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, with no statistically significant difference between serum triglycerides or high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136094393","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The evolution of this concept over the centuries allowed its transformation into a noble world movement. Today, education is at the center of attention of multiple organizations, unions and summits. Educational policies have become a priority for the European Union, which is working towards the creation of a European Area of education, with the aim of harnessing citizens' knowledge for Europe's prosperity. The continuity of education is one of its most important aspects through which we can create a universal culture of learning. The lifelong education has become an integrative principle for the transformation of any society into an educational fortress, a concept that consists in everyone’s involvement in a continuous educational process.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136160429","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This article focuses on identifying the characteristics and consequences of toxic organizational culture, as well as exploring ways to combat this issue. Studies have revealed that toxic culture manifests itself through a lack of open and transparent communication, dominance and intimidation, lack of mutual respect and support, as well as abuse of power and favouritism. These aspects result in a stressful work environment, decreased employee motivation and commitment, and increased absenteeism and turnover rates. To address this problem, organizations should promote a healthy culture based on values such as respect, transparency, fairness, and employee involvement in decision-making processes. Implementing appropriate policies and practices, as well as developing leadership and communication skills, can help reduce the negative effects of toxic organizational culture and create a productive and healthy work environment.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136094554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The poem is conceived and realized in a quasi-folkloric dimension, combining the features and principles of cultured poetry with the language of folk poetry. The folkloric style is present in the detailed description of the nature of the Moldavian countryside and the beauty of the girls from this land, in the character of the verse, the rhymes, and in the epic-legendary subject, told in 6 long chapters. T. Zgureanu took from this poem-legend only certain fragments that highlight the lyrical-psychological aspect and accentuate the soul experiences and feelings of Mărioara. The composer thus mitigates the epic-dramatic content, dominant in Alecsandri` s work, completely excluding the fantastic component of the text. To remain faithful to the ideological content of V. Alecsandri’s poem, the author of the Concerto starts from the stylization of archaic models taken from folklore, uses melody as the main means of expression, combining tonal and modal writing.","PeriodicalId":30644,"journal":{"name":"Akademos Revista de Stiinta Inovare Cultura si Arta","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"136094965","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, approaching the documentary aspect of the process is indispensable and enlightening, contributing to the studies of previous authors.
