To achieve the objectives of the study, a survey was carried out with the help of an online questionnaire, in which 842 specialists from public, university libraries, as well as those from general education institutions participated. The results of the analysis show that the highest participation rate is in 1-2 educational programs, the respondents prefer to be offered continuing professional training programs and it is essential to stimulate their motivation to participate in training programs. The majority of the ones investigated confirmed the need to develop the system of continuous professional training of library staff in the Republic of Moldova. The results of this study have implications for the planning and implementation of continuing professional development in libraries from the Republic of Moldova. 摘要

本研究的目的是评估我国图书馆专业人员继续专业培训制度的运作水平,以及图书馆人员对继续教育计划的态度、参与继续教育的原因和遇到的困难。为了实现研究的目标,通过在线问卷进行了一项调查,共有842名来自公共图书馆、大学图书馆以及普通教育机构的专家参与了调查。分析结果表明,1-2个教育项目的参与率最高,受访者更愿意接受持续的专业培训项目,激发他们参与培训项目的动机至关重要。接受调查的大多数人都确认有必要发展摩尔多瓦共和国图书馆工作人员持续专业培训的制度。本研究的结果对摩尔多瓦共和国图书馆持续专业发展的规划和实施具有启示意义。本文的独创性和价值在于,它是我国为数不多的关于图书馆专业人员发展的研究之一。
