Using quasy experiment, the results of the study shows: (1) there are differences in the learning achievement between the groups of the third grade students treated using thematic instructional strategies and the ones treated using conventional instructional strategies, (2) there are no differences in the learning achievement between the groups of the third grade students with the independent cognitive styles and the ones with the dependent cognitive styles, (3) there is no interaction between instructional strategies and cognitive styles on the learning achievement of the third grade elementary school students. Key Words : tematic instructional, conventional instructional, cognitive learning style, student achievement Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran (tematik versus konvensional) dan gaya kognitif terhadap prestasi belajar, dan pengaruh interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen semu, simpulan penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh strategi pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, (2) tidak ada perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif yang berbeda, (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya kognitif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Cor-porate e-learning provides the option for organizations to holds training anywhere, anytime and for anyone. By maximizing these facilities, organizations should be able to distribute training and critical information to multiple locations easily and conveniently. Thus, ensuring access of human capital development from work or even from home. This paper discusses the Electronic Learning Circles in FETA Learning Network in the light of corporate learning theory. According to the paper, the benefits of e-Learning are as follows ; 1) the substantial saving of resources from the elimination of travel ex-penses; 2) just-in-time access to timely information; 3) the creation of higher retention of content through personalized learning for the employees; 4) corporate e-Learning improve collaboration and interaction between students and lecturers; 5) online training is less intimidating than instructor-led courses. Corporate e-learning memberikan pilihan bagi organisasi untuk melaku-kan pelatihan di mana saja, kapan saja dan untuk siapa saja. Dengan memaksimalkan fasilitas ini, or-ganisasi mampu mendistribusikan pelatihan dan informasi penting untuk beberapa lokasi dengan mudah dan nyaman. Sebuah organisasi dapat memastikan akses dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dari tempat kerja atau bahkan dari rumah. Tulisan ini membahas Siklus Pembelajaran Elektronik pada Jaringan Belajar di Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan tentang corporate learning theory. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa manfaat dari e-learning adalah sebagai berikut. 1) Penghematan besar sumber daya dari penghapusan biaya perjalanan. 2) Just-in-time akses ke informasi yang tepat waktu. 3) Tempat penyimpanan konten yang lebih besar untuk pembelajaran pribadi bagi karyawan. 4) Corporate e-learning meningkatkan kolaborasi dan interaksi antara mahasiswa dan dosen. 5) Pe-latihan online kurang mengintimidasi daripada program yang dipimpin oleh instruktur. The subjects of the study was the 20 second graders of SMPN 2 Lumbang Probo-linggo. This was a classroom action research conducted in one cycle that consisted of five meetings. The mind mapping strategy was done through process writing, in the first three stages, pre-writing, drafting, and revising. The findings showed that the use of mind mapping strategy could improve the students’ abilities in writing recount text. It is recomended that the English teachers use the mind mapping strategy to improve their students’ writing, and the future researchers are suggested to conduct further studies related to the use of mind mapping strategy. Key Words : writing skills, mind mapping, recount texts Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks recount dengan strategi mind mapping. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa kelas 2 di SMAN 2 Lumbang Probolinggo. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam satu siklus dan terdiri dari lima pertemuan. Strategi mind mapping dilakukan dengan proses menulis melalui tiga ta-hap pertama yaitu; pra-menulis, penyusunan, dan merevisi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan strategi mind mapping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks rekon. Disarankan bahwa guru Bahasa Inggris menggunakan strategi pemetaan pikiran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa mereka, dan para peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait dengan penggunaan strategi pemetaan pikiran. It employs qualitative design as the object is the real reflection of critical thinking in the form of writing to understand the fallacies varieties. The data are in the form of the sentences in the claims written by the students of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who took critical writing course. On claims of fact, the fallacies found include hasty generalization, irrelevancy, slippery slope, oversimplification and begging the question. Regarding pathos, the fallacy type covers ad populum, appeal to emotion premises and red herring. Meanwhile the ethos fallacy occurs in straw man only. On claims of value, more faulty reasoning is found compared to the discussion on the topics which are considered less familiar. In the logos fallacy for instance, the whole types of fallacy are found. The pa-thos found involves appeal to emotion premises and red herring. While the ethos fallacy occurs in appeal to authority and ad hominem. On claims of policy, the similar tendency of ethos is also found while the pathos existing is in the form of appeal to emotion premises. Key Words : fallacy, claims, logos, ethos, pathos Abstract : Penelitian ini mengkaji lompatan nalar dalam karangan argumentatif berjenis faktual, nilai dan kebijakan. Rancangan yang digunakan kualitatif dengan objek refleksi berpikir kritis dalam tulisan untuk memahami lompatan nalar yang ditemukan. Data penelitian berupa kalimat dalam klaim yang ditulis mahasiwa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang pada mata kuliah menulis kritis. Pada klaim fak-tual, lompatan nalar meliputi generalisasi langsung, tanpa kaitan, terpelintir, penyederhanaan dan penuh pertanyaan. Dalam hal patos, lompatan nalar meliputi simbol umum,emotif dan pengalihan isu. Adapun lompatan dalam etos meliputi penyepelean opini saja. Dalam klaim nilai, terjadi lebih banyak lompatan nalar pada topik yang bersifat kurang umum. Pada logos, seluruh jenis lompatan nalar teri-dentifikasi. Adapun patos yang muncul yaitu pernyataan emotif dan pengalihan isu. Lompatan etos terjadi pada keberpihakan isu dan serang opini. Dalam klaim kebijakan, lompatan etos juga memiliki kecenderungan yang sama dan pada patos melibatkan penyataan emotif. The subjects were 10 participants of the training the results of the assessment concluded that the coaching activity that the average value of participants for Planning of Innovation is 81,09, consultation frequency of training participant to actualize the project is a change of 82,7%, the frequency of consultation phases of activity by 82,5%, and the average value Change Management is at 82,24. Results of this study conclude coaching activities can improve the competence of training participants in compiling Planning of Innovation and Change Management. Key Words : competence, coach, planning of innovation, change management Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi hasil peserta diklat dalam perencanaan inovasi dan manajemen perubahan dengan coaching . Metodenya menggunakan action research dengan kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta diklat yang berjumlah 10 orang. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan pembimbingan langsung dan pembimbingan jarak jauh (coaching). Analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptis . Hasil penilaian kegiatan coaching disimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata peserta untuk Perencanaan Inovasi adalah 81,89, frekuansi konsultasi peserta diklat dalam mengaktualisasikan proyek perubahan adalah sebesar 82,7%, frekuensi konsultasi tahapan kegiatan sebesar 82,5%, dan nilai rata-rata Manajemen Perubahan adalah sebesar 82,24. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukkan kegiatan coaching dapat meningkatkan kompetensi peserta diklat dalam menyusun Perencanaan Inovasi dan Manajemen Perubahan. Subjects were girls aged 6 years and 9 months. The Data were collected by participatory observation, interview and document study. The results of the study are (1) the language environment that is less stimulus and history of language disorders in family are affecting language skills of children who have SLI, (2) a deficit of language of children with specific language impairment is very complex, (3) the implementation of interventions in the form of multi-sensory stimulation involve sensory modality audio-visual-kinesthetic-tactile simultaneously, and (4) implementation multi-sensory stimulation can improve language skills and non-language abilities of children with SLI. Key Words : multi-sensory stimulation, language disorders, specific language impairment Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengungkap penyebab gangguan berbahasa pada anak yang mengalami SLI, (2) defisit-defisit kebahasaan pada anak yang mengalami SLI,(3) menggambarkan pe-laksanaan intervensi stimulasi multisensorik, dan (4) menggambarkan perkembangan kemampuan berbahasa anak yang mengalami SLI setelah menjalani intervensi stimulasi multisensorik. Subjek pe-nelitian adalah anak perempuan berusia 6 tahun 9 bulan. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi partisipatori, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) lingkungan bahasa yang kurang stimulus dan riwayat gangguan berbahasa keluarga sangat mempengaruhi kemampuan berba-hasa anak yang mengalami SLI, (2) defisit kebahasaan pada anak yang mengalami specific language impairment sangat kompleks, (3) pelaksanaan intervensi dalam bentuk stimulasi multisensorik melibat-kan modalitas sensorik audio-visual-kinestetik-taktil secara simultan, dan (4) penerapan stimulasi multisensorik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa sekaligus kemampuan nonkebahasaan pada anak yang mengalami SLI. Single Subject Research with ABAB reversal design is used in this study. There are 4 subjects from class X in academic year 2013/2014 which is identified as victims of bullying and had low assertive behavior based on the scale of victims of bullying and scale of assertive behavior (internal consistency validity and reliability 0,800 e” 0.3). Baseline data phase and intervention phase are obtained through observation. Data is analyzed using visual analysis chart. The results show the assertive skills training with PLSIM can effectively improve assertive behavior of bullied students. Key Words : victim of bullying, assertive skills Abstrak : Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pelatihan keterampilan asertif dalam meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa korban bullying di SMA. Penelitian menggunakan Singel Subject Research dengan reversal design ABAB. Subjek 4 orang siswa kelas X tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang teridentifikasi sebagai korban bullying dan memiliki perilaku asertif yang rendah berdasarkan skala korban bullying dan skala perilaku asertif (validitas kosistensi internal e” 0,3 dan reliabilitas 0,800). Data fase baseline dan fase intervensi diperoleh melaui observasi. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis visual grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan keterampilan asertif dengan PLSIM efektif meningkatkan perilaku asertif siswa korban bullying. This research is a quasi-experimental with factorial version 2x2 of pre-test and posttest nonequivalent control group design, implemented into five different paralel classes, A,B,C,D, and E class. Data of study results collected through pretest and posttest are analized by using SPSS 17. Research result showed that group work method gives a better effect than individual work toward students’ learning outcomes. Key Words : method, group work, video media, individual work, achievement motivation, learning outcomes Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh metode group work berbantuan media vi-deo dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar menulis paragraf deskriptif dalam bahasa Inggris. Penelitian quasi experiment ini menggunakan rancangan faktorial 2x2 nonequivalent control group design, yang dilaksanakan pada 5 kelas paralel, yaitu kelas A, B, C, D, dan E. Data hasil belajar diper-oleh melalui kegiatan pretest dan posttest. Anova faktorial 2x2 (Anova 2 jalur) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode group work lebih baik daripada metode individual, yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi hasil belajar menulis paragraf deskriptif dalam bahasa Inggris. The developed career decision making sub-skills were: self-knowledge, oc-cupation knowledge, communication, analysis, synthesis, valuing, execution, and executive proces-sing. The result of this study showed the reflection and cognitive restructuring were effective for im-proving the high school students’ career decision making. It was because after the treatment, there was a significant difference in students’ career decision making between those who were in the ex-perimental groups and in the control groups. The experimental group members had mean score high-er than the control group’s. The controlled trials information also supported that reflection and cog-nitive restructuring were effective to improve the high school students’ career decision making. Key Words : career decision making, CIP model, reflection, cognitive restructuring Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan refleksi dan penstrukturan ulang kognitif guna meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa SMA berdasarkan model PIK. Penelitian eksperimen ini menggunakan rancangan RCTs, dan subjek 40 orang siswa sebagai kelompok eksperi-men dan 40 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Sub-kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karier model PIK yang dikembangkan meliputi: memahami diri, memahami pilihan pekerjaan, komunikasi, analisis, sinte-sis, penilaian, pelaksanaan, dan proses pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbeda-an kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karier antara siswa kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kon-trol di mana kelompok eksperimen memiliki nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi. Informasi controlled trials menguatkan juga bahwa refleksi dan penstrukturan ulang kognitif efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karier siswa SMA. The purpose of this study is to determine the formation of stu-dent consumption values become environmentally consumption behavior. This research is carried out on students of economics faculty of the State University of Malang, using a qualitative approach of phenomenology. The data are analyzed by using inductive descriptive qualitative. The results found that the values reflected in the two sides, the positive and negative. The Interest in environmen-tally friendly consumption behavior occurs for reasons of lifestyle, care, budget availability, future sustainability, attention, information, religiosity, rules, health, artistic value, and reciprocity. Internal-izing values of students environmentally consumption formed through information media, school, parents or families, campus, community, spiritual organizations, organizations, and seminars or training. Key Words : consumption behavior, economic education Abstrak : Pembentukan nilai-nilai sebagai landasan perilaku memerlukan perhatian khusus karena aspek ini sangat besar pengaruhnya terhadap kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembentukan nilai-nilai konsumsi mahasiswa ke dalam perilaku konsumsi yang berwawasan lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskrip-tif kualitatif bersifat induktif. Hasil menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai konsumsi tercermin dalam dua sisi, sikap positif dan negatif. Minat terhadap perilaku konsumsi yang berwawasan lingkungan terjadi ka-rena alasan gaya hidup, kepedulian, ketersediaan anggaran, keberlanjutan masa depan, perhatian, informasi yang lengkap, religiusitas, taat aturan, kesehatan, nilai seni, dan harapan timbal balik. In-ternalisasi nilai-nilai konsumsi yang berwawasan lingkungan mahasiswa terbentuk melalui media in-formasi, sekolah, orang tua atau keluarga,kampus, masyarakat, pengajian atau organisasi kerohanian, ormas, dan seminar atau pelatihan.
