In its implementation, there are challenges faced by teachers and of course there are solutions to overcome them. This research method is a literature review (library research). The aim of this research is to explore what challenges are faced in differentiated learning and what solutions to overcome them. There are several challenges, namely: various characters that students have, different student learning styles, each student has their own interests, lack of teacher preparation to implement an independent curriculum, teacher abilities, time factors, high pressure, and expensive costs. Mahasiswa dengan banyak permasalahan yang ada, dapat memilih salah satu cara dari proses atau tahapan penyelesaian masalah, misalnya cara menanggapi, menguji, memilih respon, yang dapat membantunya dalam menyelesaikan masalah (problem solving). Untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara Intelligence Quotien dan Kestabilan Emosi dengan Problem Solving pada mahasiswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang berusia 18-24 tahun di Universitas Darul ‘Ulum Jombang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 Mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik incidental sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyusunan skala problem solving mengacu pada aspek-aspek problem solving yang dikemukakan oleh Anderson. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengungkap IQ menggunakan CFIT. Berdasarkan hasil ditemukan kolerasi positif antara intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi dengan problem solving pada mahasiswa. Jadi intelligence quotient dan kestabilan emosi yang ada pada diri individu dapat mempengaruhi probem solving, dan masing-masing variabel memiliki sumbangan efektif pada problem solving. In fact, Islamic literature also has a strong basis to serve as a philosophical basis for evaluating Islamic education. This study aims to understand how the philosophy of existentialism can be used as a basis for thinking in the evaluation of Islamic education. The results of the study found that existentialism views students not as objects, but as dynamic subjects. In this case, the evaluation is not always carried out by the teacher to the students. However, students can also be encouraged to be able to do self-assessment. From the perspective of the Qur'an, the view of existentialism is also explained in the letter Ar-Rum verse 30 concerning human nature. The goal of this study is to define WhatsApp as a learning media maharah kalam. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to gather information. \u0000The findings of this study show that learning mahrah kalam via WhatsApp during this online period might improve communication between instructors and students, as well as amongst students who are conversing in Arabic. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa upaya panti asuhan Mardhatillah dalam membina keterampilan hidup anak asuh di Sukoharjo. Teori learning by doing digunakan untuk menjelaskan pelatihan keterampilan hidup. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus, terdapat sebanyak 20 informan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data tentang jenis upaya pembinaan keterampilan hidup dikumpulkan dengan wawancara terstruktur, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk memberi pandangan kepada pembaca terkait pembinaan keterampilan di panti asuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kegiatan pembinaan keterampilan hidup di panti asuhan Mardhatillah yang terdiri dari tiga kegiatan yaitu pembinaan memasak, menjahit dan keagamaan. Tujuan penelitian kedua adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada tertundanya pembayaran klaim oleh BPJS Kesehatan jika dilihat dari panduan pembuatan klaim yang dikeluarkan Kementerian Kesehatan dan perjanjian kerja sama BPJS Kesehatan dengan Rumah Sakit serta menganalisis penyelesaian dari tertundanya pencairan klaim hak jasa layanan Rumah Sakit oleh BPJS Kesehatan. \u0000Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif, yang menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach), dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat faktor-faktor sejak pasien peserta JKN-KIS datang ke Rumah Sakit kemudian pada setiap mata rantai perjalanan klaim kepada BPJS Kesehatan hingga ketersediaan dana BPJS Kesehatan sendiri, yang kesemuanya itu berpengaruh terhadap tertundanya pembayaran klaim oleh BPJS Kesehatan. Erick Thohir, Indonesian Minister of State-Owned Enterprises can be included as the leader who applies transformational leadership. Through Instagram, Minister Erick frequently posts his work on Instagram and demonstrates his concern for Indonesian society. Consequently, Instagram has become an essential solution in optimizing a government work system. This study aimed to identify academically and scientifically the use of Instagram in the bureaucratic system to improve service quality based on the various information events obtained by the researchers. The method of this research is using qualitative approach. To analyze the relationship between Instagram and government bureaucracy, the researchers drew upon diverse aspects of the Transformational Leadership theory. The object of this study is @erickthohir's Instagram account as the representative Indonesian governor. The dataset was taken from scientific articles that support this analysis. The results demonstrated that Erick Thohir had implemented Instagram effectively to express his dedication to providing outstanding service to Indonesian society. The existence of Instagram facilitates the government's access to information about the community. This product development research design uses the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Development, Disseminate. The subjects in this study were 60 students of SMP Perguruan Rakyat 3 Jakarta grade 9. The results of the validity test for interactive digital mathematics learning application products through the alpha test on the five validators produced an average value of 4.45 (very valid). Furthermore, in the small group beta test each obtained results of 4.25 (very valid) and 4.73 (very valid). The results of the large group product validity test for student responses and teacher responses after use obtained results of 4.22 (very good), and 4.51 (very good). The results of the implementation of learning using interactive digital mathematics learning applications through the results of observations of the implementation of teacher learning activities and student activities obtained results of 92.53% and 90.80%, respectively.
