The official British intervention policy in Malaya since 1874, the Japanese occupation and the communist oppression have triggered dissatisfaction among the racial groups, resulting in inter-racial clash. This article provides an overview of the British administration, the Japanese occupation and the communists. The discussion was also focused on the process of negotiation and understanding following the outbreak of inter-racial clashes after the Japanese occupation. Various efforts were made by the Sultan, the Malay rulers, and intellectuals to restore inter-racial relations. The Race Relation's Committee, which was formed, played an important role in quelling hostilities between Malays and Chinese and restoring harmony. The discussion in this article is based on library research methods involving records from the British Colonial Office, archival files and secondary sources. The research findings indicates that the racial compromise was successful in restoring racial harmony in Malaya after World War II. WTC model is used as an indicator for successful English learning outcome. This study looks at the impact of the employment of WTC on ESL students’ speaking skill by integrating the employment of social media applications in a digital English-Speaking classroom setting. This study employs multi-methods approach using purposive sampling technique involving questionnaire responses of 421 students to identify successful WTC strategies to be integrated in the module; a pre- and post-test to look at impact of the module and focus group interview of 17 pre-university students to investigate their opinion on the module. The findings of the study revealed that students’ WTC were very much influenced by the use of social media applications in a digital classroom. The interview data also showed that students were more engaged and had higher WTC when social media applications were used. Despite the fact that the phrase \"lot lidi\" is not specified in any of the land legislation, the community has nonetheless accepted it. This paper explores the notion of \"lot lidi\", which may be understood via a number of unique criteria, including land that belongs to the agricultural category, located in an area with a high environmental sensitivity, and has been illegally divided into small lots for residential use with the intention of selling them through a trust deed. The National Land Code's perspective on the idea of \"lot lidi\" will be the main topic of this study. A qualitative approach is employed as a research methodology, and data is obtained through library research. The conclusions of this study centre on the conflict of \"lot lidi\" development that is connected to the National Land Code, namely the failure to register the buyer's name, breach of conditions of the land, and abuse of the trust concept. The idea of introducing land lease term registration onto strata title has allowed the creation of a newer type of strata scheme called the strata lease scheme. However problem arises when there is no specific law gazetted for the strata lease scheme, which has caused some confusion among scholars with different opinions on which laws apply to this concept. This is because the features of a strata lease scheme can be easily confused with a strata scheme. Therefore, this paper, referring to Malaysian laws, will review the application of the strata lease scheme concept within these legislation statues. It is found that a strata lease scheme is created under the purview of the National Land Code [Act 828]. Although, it does not have specific laws catering for the need for a strata lease scheme; instead, it is governed by several legislations to meet the requirement of its development intention. The distinctness features of a strata lease scheme can be found through specific laws which is discussed further in the paper. To conclude, Malaysian laws are sufficient to oversee the development of a strata lease scheme. However, Malaysia has had one of the lowest agricultural productivity growth rates in recent years, trailing Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. The industry is dominated by smallholders with an ageing farmer population, low levels of mechanisation, and a high dependence on labour, resulting in numerous inefficiencies and low productivity. This study explores government efforts to boost agricultural ICT adoption. assesses the effectiveness government's initiative and the obstacles it faces in promoting ICT in this industry. An in-person interview was conducted to collect perspectives and insights from eleven government officials from grades 27 to 52. The data was analysed using manual thematic analysis. The findings indicate that the ICT initiatives encompass a range of technological solutions and financial support. The efficiency, frequency, exposure, and variety of facilities are key performance indicators for evaluating the success of government initiatives. However, age, knowledge, cost, expertise, and inadequate network accessibility hinder ICT integration in agriculture. At that time, the civil service was established with the aim of launching all administrative affairs of the colonialists, especially in the exploitation of natural resources for their economic interests. Before achieving independence in 1963, Sabah had experienced several shifts of administrative power which presented challenges to the administration in Sabah. However, during that period, the civil service is seen to have played an important role in ensuring that all administrative affairs can be carried out smoothly. However, there are issues such as the lack of involvement of local native who serve in the Sabah administration because most of the positions are filled by officers of British descent. Therefore, the discussion of this article will review the extent to which the role of the civil service in Sabah was related to the development of administration in the state before 1963. This study uses a qualitative analysis approach which is the analysis of documents found in the National Archives of Malaysia as well as a library study by analyzing various primary and secondary sources. such as Colonial Office Files, books and articles to obtain research data sources. This study produces an analysis that can provide a clearer understanding of the role of the civil service in Sabah before 1963. In relation to that, the objective of this study is to conduct a survey to find out what the impact of the epidemic is on public records in Malaysia. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used a literature review approach to obtain information related to the study topic. Reference materials such as newspapers, books, social media such as Facebook, websites and so on are used. The results of the study found that there are indeed certain impacts on public records in Malaysia because of the emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic. The impacts are described one by one in this article. It is hoped that the results of the study will be able to be used as a guide by public officials in Malaysia and Malaysians in general to manage public records efficiently and effectively when the country is facing an epidemic in the future.
