Despite the fact that the phrase \"lot lidi\" is not specified in any of the land legislation, the community has nonetheless accepted it. This paper explores the notion of \"lot lidi\", which may be understood via a number of unique criteria, including land that belongs to the agricultural category, located in an area with a high environmental sensitivity, and has been illegally divided into small lots for residential use with the intention of selling them through a trust deed. The National Land Code's perspective on the idea of \"lot lidi\" will be the main topic of this study. A qualitative approach is employed as a research methodology, and data is obtained through library research. The conclusions of this study centre on the conflict of \"lot lidi\" development that is connected to the National Land Code, namely the failure to register the buyer's name, breach of conditions of the land, and abuse of the trust concept.
