Particular attention is paid to the objects of architectural heritage that have been preserved since the Great Patriotic War. The question of the need to preserve and further museumification of these objects is indicated. In addition, an overview of the identified technical objects is given – crashed aircraft, special vehicles, machine tools and other objects related to the history of the route. Proposals were made to create a special museum dedicated to the history of the Alaska-Siberia air route.","PeriodicalId":300414,"journal":{"name":"Heritage and Modern Times","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115606092","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been shown that the information potential of the museum subject, deciphered and recorded by the researcher – ethnographer and museum employee – on the basis of actual material and achievements of ethnographic science, becomes the basis of scientific museum publication.Museum publications, scientific, popular science publications are considered: determinants, catalogs, catalogs included in various editions of the museum, etc., as well as scientific reference determiners and illustrative-text catalogs of collections of museums of Armenia as the main ways to popularize collections of museums. It is noted that the element of the culture of material and intangible heritage, falling into the ethnographic collection of the museum collection, receives the status of a museum source, through the study, the publication of which is promoted, the national culture is transmitted from generation to generation, which, in turn, activates historical memory and affects the process of formation and/or activation of national identity.Today, there are few reference determinants for attributing an ethnographic subject. Based on this, for attribution of material on the ethnography of Armenians, scientific research and presentation of ethnographic collections of museums in Armenia in the country and beyond, it is proposed to use the catalogs considered in the article and some other few museum publications.An analysis of museum publications considered in the article shows the need for scientifically based attribution of a genuine museum item, wide popularization and use of reliable information concluded in it in scientific research and publications of the museum.","PeriodicalId":300414,"journal":{"name":"Heritage and Modern Times","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115189157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, at the management level this topic often becomes a stumbling block, which is quite clearly seen in Russian World Heritage sites. This problem is permanently discussed at the international level, and international methodological tools are actively supplemented by new developments on the integrity and interdependence of the natural and cultural components of the heritage. The natural-cultural continuum of heritage sites is most clearly seen in cultural landscapes, which should be considered not only as one of the types of public property, but alo as a method and concept for comprehending natural and cultural heritage phenomena.","PeriodicalId":300414,"journal":{"name":"Heritage and Modern Times","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116443452","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in the field of view of researchers there are still mainly structural models – cartographic representations of the basic elements of the cultural landscape, far from exhaustive contents of the concept of \"cultural landscape\" and not characterizing it as a space of residence, survival and experience. To solve this problem, fundamentally different models are needed – functioning models (reflecting the productivity of human-cultivated ecosystems), relationship models (describing the social structure of society and its interaction with the surrounding landscape), and metaphysical models that allowed a person to perceive the cultural landscape as a \"world\".","PeriodicalId":300414,"journal":{"name":"Heritage and Modern Times","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127714091","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
