The factors, conditions, regulations, that form these features of activities, are given. In addition, the ways of expanding and attracting audience to apartment museums, are highlighted and described, that make it possible to minimize disadvantages of small museums, as space of the areas, collections’ and other restrictions. It is emphasized, that culture forms an individual, contributes to his socialization on the basis of mastering the language, values, norms, customs and traditions of his people. In accordance with the classification generally accepted in historiography, there are about 20 historical and cultural regions in the world, including the Eastern European province. The article provides a brief analysis of the process of formation of the traditional culture of the Eastern European province of Russia, the main carriers of the culture of which are the indigenous peoples of the Russians, Finno-Ugric peoples (Karels, Komi, Mordovians, Udmurts, etc.), Turkic-speaking peoples (Tatars, Chuvashs, Bashkirs) and etc. Russian culture was formed in difficult geographical, climatic and geopolitical conditions. Traditional Russian culture in the process of formation has gone through all stages of evolutionary development. Historical memory of the interaction between man and nature is preserved and our understanding of the authenticity of heritage is expanded due to these objects, as true authenticity can only be achieved through the cultural and natural landscapes, that contain heritage sites, for many years they remained unaffected by intensive human activity or were used for traditional environmental management – hunting, fishing, grazing, farming and other activities not associated with a destructive impact on natural landscapes. The leading role of protected areas is most noticeably manifested in connection with the preservation of sacred, ethnographic and archaeological heritage, monuments of traditional environmental management, ethnology, historical communications, and examples of traditional economic and socio-cultural activities. The authors consider the influence of the architectural traditions of the Apennine Peninsula of the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance on the architectural concept of the Suyumbike Tower. The hypothesis of \"Italian influence\" is confirmed in the facts of the biographies of famous architects Aristotle Fioravanti and Pietro Antonio Solari, who arrived in Russia in the 17th century from the Apennine Peninsula. The contribution of Apennine masters to the development of the architecture of the Kazan Kremlin is assessed. The authors made a comparison of the historical iconography of the Suyumbike Tower of the Kazan Kremlin and modern versions of its artistic reconstructions. Positive experience of Russia in the development of strategies for the development and application of the concept of the cultural landscape for the creation and strengthening of museums-reserves and museums-estates, in the ecological survey of heritage sites was considered. UNESCO approaches to the management of World Heritage Sites and prospective planning of their activities have been identified. It is found out, that Yusuf was a historical person and King of Ancient Egypt during the rule of the Hyksos dynasty pharaohs. The unknown names of the rulers of Egypt – Reyan and Kytfir – are discovered. It was also revealed, that the images of Yusuf and Zuleikha reflected the features of Pharaoh Akhenaten and his wife Nefertiti. It has been suggested that it is possible to find the untouched burial of Pharaoh Akhenaten.
