This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and used multiple linear regression analysis to answer the hypothesis proposed. This study also involved 244 members of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps who served in Parepare City as respondents. The results of this study found that the work environment negatively affects work stress. This study uses a quantitative approach, with 36 respondents who are employees of PT Pelindo IV Makassar New Port Branch. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak badan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Makassar Barat. Penentuan sampel menggunaan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap penerapan e-billing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh tersebut dapat diketahui dari uji statistik regresi dimana diperoleh Y = 12,78 + 0,0913 X dengan pengaruh signifikan sebesar 26,59% dan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,5157 berada dalam ketegori cukup kuat serta uji statistik inferensial. The lack of understanding in paying zakat, so that the ability to collect zakat has not been maximized, transparency is needed in increasing trust in managing zakat infaq and alms funds. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, namely data on the number of employees of the Palopo City Amil Zakat Agency. The analytical method of this research is the empirical method in the form of hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing). The results of this study are that transparency has a significant positive effect on Trust in Managing Zakat, Infaq and Alms, which means that if transparency is good, trust in managing ZIS will be good, and vice versa. \u0000Keywords: Transparency ; trust \u0000Abstrak: Zakat merupakan salah satu landasan Islam yang harus diikuti oleh semua umat Islam. Minimnya pemahaman dalam membayar zakat, sehingga kemampuan mengais zakat belum maksimal dibutuhkan transparansi dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dalam mengelola dana zakat infaq dan sedekah. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Kuantitatif, yaitu data jumlah karyawan Badan Amil Zakat Kota Palopo. The method of data analysis used in this study is path analysis. This model analyzes the direct effect and relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The object of the research was the Local Government Organization (OPD) in Parepare City consisting of 54 SKPD (Regional Device Work Unit) with a sample number of 100 people from a population of 536 structural officials. Respondents in this study as many as 100 people. Samples are taken based on purposive random sampling techniques. The results showed that tudang sipulung and transparency affect the performance of the budget.
