Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Perencanaan Karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous communication and career planning on employee performance, where the sample used in this study amounted to 120 employees, with multiple regression analysis techniques SPSS software approach 23.
