Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Resiliensi terhadap Stress Kerja Anggota Korps Brigade Mobile

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the work environment and resilience on the work stress of members of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and used multiple linear regression analysis to answer the hypothesis proposed. This study also involved 244 members of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps who served in Parepare City as respondents. The results of this study found that the work environment negatively affects work stress.  Resilience negatively affects the work stress of members of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps.
