摘要

本研究旨在探讨印尼邮政望加锡分公司员工职业发展与薪酬对其工作满意度的影响。本研究样本数量多达55人,采用SPSS.23软件进行多元回归分析。本研究结果显示,薪酬是影响工作满意度的主要因素。职业发展和薪酬对工作满意度有部分正向显著影响,同时职业发展和薪酬对工作满意度有正向显著影响。
