This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and used multiple linear regression analysis to answer the hypothesis proposed. This study also involved 244 members of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Mobile Brigade Corps who served in Parepare City as respondents. The results of this study found that the work environment negatively affects work stress.
