The content of the concept of \"burnout syndrome\" is revealed, a theoretical analysis of this phenomenon is carried out, and the reasons for its occurrence in the student environment are analyzed. The paper shows that negative factors in the form of suboptimal learning conditions that take place in the organization of the educational process have a detrimental effect on mental health, cause a decrease in the level of stress resistance in students, which causes them to develop a burnout syndrome. The authors studied the dependence of the development of the emotional state syndrome on the psychological profile of students. It is proposed, depending on the results obtained during testing on the 16PF multifactorial personality questionnaire, to attribute students to the \"negative\" or \"positive\" pole. On the basis of the test results obtained and the correlation analysis carried out, \"psychological portraits\" of students of the Institute of Engines and Power Plants of the Samara National Research University named after Academician S.P. Queen, who have a tendency or, conversely, resistance to the development of burnout syndrome. The methodological basis is the work of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of cognitive linguistics. The basic method is a descriptive analysis, generalization and comparison method. Results include an overview and analysis of some of the cognitive approaches to the study of metaphor and humor. and may serve as a further solution of the problem of the co-functioning of these cognitive models and the creation of a joint category of \"metaphorical humor”. The interpretation of the poem by Georgy Ivanov is given from the standpoint of works on historical poetics and mythopoetics by A.N. Veselovsky, O.M. Freidenberg, E.M. Meletinsky, S.N. Broitman, Yu.M. Lotman. The authors consider that the thinking of the lyric subject of the poem by Georgy Ivanov is distinguished by neosyncretism, which is implemented in the motives of death and rebirth associated with the natural cycle. The understanding of the fusion of wedding and funeral rites, the antinomy of the real world and the other world, which establish a close connection between them, speaks of «neosyncretism» in the poem. The cumulation which leads to the fact that all sensations received through various channels of perception are collected into one common sense-knowledge is shown in the arrangement of artistic images. This is where the desire to find a common in everything, essential similarity, arising from the experience of unity (syncretism) of the entire surrounding world and all its manifestations that affect a person, who should also be its inseparable part, comes from. The article shows that such unity is also manifested in the subjective sphere: the lyrical «I» and the lyrical «you» are not separated from each other and are not opposed. Their unity is manifested in the metaphysical plane: they are united by the «snowy paradise». It is a paradise because love makes the lyric subject happy, but this paradise is «snowy» because lovers cannot be together. The matrix and the network models have been approved as an effective way of organization in technological companies. It is therefore worth while considering the perspectives of the models in the projection on the technology-based educational system. It is being proved that the principles of network structures building in educational system are analogous to those which are being implemented in commercial enterprises and have no less effectiveness. The article also provides the rationale for effectiveness of integration of educational system with the labour market by implementation of a network structure. This goal involves a fundamental change in the organization and essence of the processes of learning and human development. The process of transforming the content, methods and technologies, changing the requirements for learning and its results is the digitalization of education. The purpose of the study is to consider the essence of the concept of \"digital education\" and identify factors that allow us to present the advantages and disadvantages of digital education. Methods used in the study: literature review, empirical research, matrix analysis, comparative analysis. Empirical survey data were obtained, reflecting the main factors that make it possible to identify the positive and negative aspects of digital education during a pandemic. The article assesses the prospects for the development of digital education. A matrix of assessments of the existing experience of participation in digital education during the pandemic of teachers and students has been compiled. Based on the results of the analysis of the compiled matrix and the diagram that complements it, a conclusion is drawn about the insufficiently effective digital education at the current stage due to the presence of certain problems in the process of organizing online education. The results obtained: the creative method of the Austrian writer is moving from scientific knowledge to mysticism; in the center of all novels created with a large interval, there is always a confused hero, broken by what is happening (in other words, the absurdity of the world), whose state is often conveyed through gestures; the author finally moves away from linear narration to dividing the plot into almost autonomous stories, thematically gravitating more and more to the distant historical past. Scientific novelty: the novels of L. Reading fiction at school remains not only at the center of European curricula, but also at the center of the entire cultural and socioeducational European discourse, and, above all, because of the importance of this subject in the process of forming the personality of the younger reader. In the document regulating the language policy in the European Union (Language Policy Division, 2009), fiction is considered as a factor contributing to the development of personality. Personality formation is a generally recognized function of reading literature, it contributes to the formation of moral attitudes and social values, the document says. A number of researchers call such views on literature moralistic (Witte, Maslowski Pike, etc.). Other educational scientists go further in assessing the moral impact of literature on the adolescent reader and consider it as a way of learning about religion and as support for the reader in accepting certain religious values (Iseghem, Collins). Lewis and Petrone connect the process of forming the identity of a teenage hero, reflected in a literary work, and the construction of the identity of a teenage reader. They note that teenage readers are more willing to read literature that reflects the stage of life at which they themselves are. The main function of literature focused on the reader – pleasure − is perhaps the most obvious in European pedagogy. This approach will allow us to identify not only the features of the development of informatization of education in the specified period, but also compare them. The materials presented in the article also characterize the main stages of the \"information revolutions\" that took place in the history of mankind. Each subsequent \"revolution\" simplified the preservation and transmission of information not only from person to person, but also from generation to generation. The role of these revolutions in the formation and development of digital education is also explained. Due to the fact that for the first time digital technologies began to be used in the education system of foreign countries, the article provides a brief description of foreign experience in the implementation of this issue.
