The community’s burning interest in technical specialists lies in the fact that this activity provides innovative knowledge-intensive, high-tech, and internationally competitive facilities and production technologies recognized as intellectual property. From the ontogenesis standpoint, the motives of technical students’ innovative activity are divided into four groups: material and professional ones, as well as self-assertion, and self-realization. Material motivation has objective nature-aligned pragmatic origins. Launching an ambitious innovative engineering project, many technical specialists wish to benefit from it pragmatically. The source of self-assertion/prestige is the specialist’s nature-aligned desire and willingness to confirm the status of his/her qualification and competence through the results of the innovative engineering activity. Technical specialists’ professional motivation for innovative activity is inseparable from their natural aspiration and desire to use acquired professional knowledge and skills for solving both career and vocational tasks to the best advantage. The article shows the importance of this form of interaction with students as the most popular type of educational activity in modern pedagogy. The purpose of the article is to describe and disclose the best forms of mentoring using the method of comparative analysis, and to identify possible types of effective cooperation between teachers and students in a modern university. A brief description of the history of this type of pedagogical activity is given, as well as various forms of mentoring implemented within the framework of the pedagogical process are considered. There are five main types of mentoring that are actively used in practice at the pedagogical university. Both classical forms of mentoring, in which a more experienced and senior specialist transmits his knowledge to students, and innovative forms of interaction with students, which imply several levels of mentoring, as well as inverse types of cooperation, implying the work of a student as a mentor for a teacher, are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance of the mentor's control over the results of educational activities and the possibility of correcting mentoring activities. According to the authors of the article, mentoring has a high potential for further development and will allow achieving high results of pedagogical activity in educational organizations. The object of the article: environmental performance management system aimed at environmental safety, environmental protection, social and environmental responsibility. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the immanence of socio-ecological patterns of behavior of future technical specialists, their significance in the experience of formation in the educational process. Methodology of the work: search for a set of theoretical and methodological approaches, on the basis of which the principles of continuity and ways of forming behavioral patterns in the \"man-nature-technology\" system are determined through the prism of social, environmental and professional values in order to master socio-environmental competencies by future specialists of technical training areas. The results of the work indicate an increase in the level of development of ecological consciousness among future technical specialists of the experimental group: a conscious understanding of the importance of environmental problems, norms and rules of behavior in relation to nature conservation, responsibility for the consequences of their professional actions. The field of application of the results is practical pedagogical activity that forms socio-ecological patterns of behavior. It is advisable to introduce an environmental component into the disciplines of the curriculum in technical areas of training. An important aspect of the ecologization of disciplines is the principle of interdisciplinarity and continuity. The authors indicate that without the ability to competently monitor their well-being and physical condition, it will be quite difficult for a student to develop their physical qualities, even if they study under the strict guidance of a teacher. In this article, the authors suggest that the purpose of self-control in physical education is for the student to learn to independently analyze his state of health, gain the ability to determine at what moments he is able to continue the lesson, and at what moments he should finish, since without ability to overcome oneself becomes impossible to achieve a good result. The authors also identify a number of tasks of self-control. One of the effective options for controlling one's condition is a self-control diary, the approximate content of which the authors offer in this article. In this article, the authors consider options for worsening the state of the body, as well as various pain sensations, in which students are advised to reduce physical activity or even refrain from physical education for a while. The theoretical as well as applied aspects of the training sessions of the national team were investigated in the work. The factors that have a positive impact on the preparation for the service biathlon competitions are revealed. It was concluded that the highest results of the competition are achieved if the trainer-teachers are active employees of educational organizations of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, interact directly with the cadets during the training period, see the strengths of the cadet and work on the weaknesses, taking into account the personal and psychological qualities of each. In addition, the thesis is formulated that for high-quality training, of course, it is necessary to monitor the condition and regularly temper the health of athletes in order to prevent accidents (loss of consciousness, injuries, etc.). The object of the article: the impact of technological innovations on contemporary art production, as well as the need, in connection with the artist's appeal to science and the latest technologies, to rethink the goals and objectives of communication through images and the very concept of art. The purpose of the project: to update the information for the scientific world about the strategies of interaction between a human artist and a non-human agent, as well as about the nature of this interaction. Results of the work: the study showed that the creation of a work of art (both physical and as part of a post-production strategy, as a re-significance) – despite the criticism of anthropocentrism by representatives of the Actor-Network Theory and individual media theorists, should still be understood as purposeful activity inherent in a human, but not in a non-human agent. Appeal to non-human agents can be considered within the framework of the paradigm of \"assistive technologies\" and \"chimerical\" actor. Scope of the results: expanding the boundaries of the application of art history methodology and related disciplines, which contributes to the development of a language for describing the phenomena of contemporary art in the interdisciplinary field of modern media, in particular, in the dynamically developing field of art & science. All this is an integral part of the process of searching for one's own national identity. The problem of traditionality is present in many segments of the culture of all peoples, including the Serbs. The issue of authenticity and tradition of the folk puppet theater \"Kuku Todor\" in Serbia, due to numerous reasons, is still far from being resolved. The words “tradition, traditional type, traditional hero…” are often mentioned in the context of this theater and its main character in Serbia. But what is behind this? Where did it come from among the Serbs, and why, when exactly do they return to it? What makes Kuku Todor a member of the great world brotherhood of puppet comedy heroes of folk theaters and in what ways do we find deviations from them? In this article, we partially consider the long-standing phenomenon of categorizing this performance as part of a tradition in Serbian theatrical culture, despite the lack of fixation of such a phenomenon in science. Glazunov to the very possibility of composing a concerto exclusively for a saxophone group. By 1930, the saxophone had won the title of \"King of Jazz\", but at the same time acquired a certain touch of frivolity and frivolity. Analyzing the relevant literature, the author comes to the conclusion that thanks to the active work of the outstanding saxophonist S. Rascher and his agreements with the recognized master A.K.
