Each subsequent \"revolution\" simplified the preservation and transmission of information not only from person to person, but also from generation to generation. The role of these revolutions in the formation and development of digital education is also explained. Due to the fact that for the first time digital technologies began to be used in the education system of foreign countries, the article provides a brief description of foreign experience in the implementation of this issue. Abstract

The domestic educational system is constantly undergoing various changes and innovations. In the context of the transition from an industrial to a post-industrial society, the issues of digitalization (informatization) of the educational process are becoming increasingly relevant. 1980-1990年数字教育环境形成的国家经验
