This research done was based on the students’ need, students’ pre assessment, observation, students, teachers, and parents questionnaires, which have shown in the following activities: 1) second-third grade students are grouped in one class which means that they have different stage abilities of learning ; two) the students who are still in the lower grade ( second grade) struggles in grasping the materials ; 3) teachers need to provide various materials to facilitate the students in the learning process; 4) the existing-in use materials are designed for the higher grade (third grade) assuming they are eager to teach peers. The data analysis process required a number of steps that fulfilled the needs of all the participants involved, namely: Discussion with the school stakeholders, Semi-structured interviews with the target group teachers, Interviews with the target group students, and Open-ended, structured questionnaires for students. From the research, it was found that students feel difficult in teaching learning and it was too complicated materials. From the research interview, observation and questionnaire it can be analyzed that students are able only in speaking skill. During increasingly complicated global conditions, there is a tremendous need to respond. However, it turned out that there were acts of abuse of authority by government officials. Using a research strategy through archive studies, mainly numerous news from the internet, the data were analyzed with content analysis. This qualitative-descriptive research examines forms of political corruption and patterns of White-Collar Crime (WCC) related to handling the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by government officials in several countries in the world, including Indonesia. This study finds two forms of political corruption, namely those committed by government employees and corporations. This study also shows that the educational backgrounds of the perpetrators are relatively good, and the actors take advantage of high-end networks in carrying out their actions. The impact of the crime in the context of handling the pandemic in several countries is threatening people's lives in the broadest spectrum.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"28 18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133879684","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The value of Pancasila has its meaning that must be applied both in social, political, legal, and economic life. The law means that every crime committed by a criminal must be given a basic criminal sanction as well as additional criminal sanctions, which as a whole cannot be separated from the application of the values contained in Pancasila. The method used in this research is socio-legal, with a conceptual approach and a philosophical approach. The application of sanctions given to corruption perpetrators is sometimes only limited to imprisonment, not to restore state losses, this is considered unfair in applying the values contained in Pancasila. The revitalization of Pancasila will make efforts to excavate the norms, philosophy of Pancasila to become the spirit and foundation for the formation of moral guidance and become the basis for legal norms in Indonesia. The urgency in the relevance of the value of Pancasila as substitute money for corruption in Indonesia is to restore state losses based on the values of Pancasila. The payment of compensation in practice does not protect the economic rights of the community that has been lost over time until the decision has permanent legal force, the payment of compensation is only based on the amount obtained by the defendant. The problems encountered in recovering state financial losses through the imposition of sanctions for payment of compensation for corruption include; the convict does not pay the replacement money charged to him, and the convict does not have sufficient property to pay the replacement money charged to him.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"242 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134030410","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The proposed model also points to examine the relationship between in-store logistics, stock images, satisfaction, and commitment. A survey was conducted on 400 shoppers in 16 traditional markets around West Java, Indonesia. The methodology used consists of two stages. The first step was to check the construct validity through Convergent Validity (CV), Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Construct Reliability (CR), and Discriminant Validity (DC). Secondly, a structural equation model procedure was used to test the proposed research model. The results of this research indicate that in-store logistics positively influences store image and Loyalty. Nevertheless, it negatively affects satisfaction. Furthermore, store image positively influences satisfaction, but it negatively influences loyalty. Similarly, satisfaction also positively influences loyalty. The circular letter was issued as a follow-up to Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning Adaptation of New Habits and Control of Covid-19. The circular has forced catering business owners not to get catering orders because of the ban on wedding receptions and also made modern mall/cafe/store business owners automatically reduce their employees' working hours. The problem that has the potential to arise from restrictions on activities/events/parties and operations is that workers have the potential to be laid off, even if they are laid off (Termination of Employment). Termination of employment only has implications for the absence of overtime pay. The reduction in working hours of course also has an impact on the number of labor wages which in turn has an impact on the economic life and health of the workers themselves. The conclusions in this article include: (1) the impact of restrictions on activities and operating hours of business activities on workers in Bandar Lampung City affects the survival and mental health of workers when the wages received are decreasing as an implication of the policy of limiting operating hours; (2) Occupational health protection policies for workers during the COVID-19 pandemic in Bandar Lampung City, both from the aspect of government policies and aspects of company policies, still have not accommodated occupational health protection for workers, both in terms of mental health as wages have decreased, or in terms of protection from exposure to the 2019 coronavirus disease.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"100 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125078362","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Actions to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus even more widely are very important to do by reducing the mobility of people from one place to another. Indonesia's government through the ministry of education and culture issued a policy for schools and colleges to implement e-learning. One of the colleges currently implementing the e-learning system is Riau University. Even though there are many online learning models, the applications are still not optimal because not all schools are ready to facilitate online learning. This study aims to determine the effect of e-learning readiness on learning performance moderated by the digital divide and e-learning experience in the Nursing Faculty of Riau University. Survey data was collected from 208 students via the internet. The results indicated that: 1) E-learning readiness is positively related to learning performance. 2) Digital divide is positively related to learning performance partially. 3) Digital divide moderates the effect of e-learning readiness on learning performance partially. 4) E-learning experience has a significant effect on learning performance. 5) E-learning experience moderates the effect of e-learning readiness on learning performance partially.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124627406","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This effort relies on the experts' awareness that main theories within the IR literature are not yet fully available in comprehensively supporting analysis on TOC. Numerous recent references reveal that TOC is one of the prominent issues which has extensively emerged. TOC has also seriously been a threat to human security, particularly after the end of the Cold War (post-1990) until now. Therefore, methodologically, the writers did this work by collecting various latest references and archives within the discipline of IR, including conventions and protocols referred to TOC issues. All contents were critically reviewed and linked to the context of analyzing TOC. This work will help researchers and scholars quickly find the relevant analytical framework so that their analysis becomes more comprehensive than before. The writers realize that this article was merely limited to reviewing particular parts. There is indeed still a need for further projects to collect the remaining dimensions.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114466802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This data is described as a time series comprised of daily inventory expenditures, varied heteroscedasticity, and the ASEAN stock dummy hedging variable. The GARCH mannequin is one of the excellent styles used to address the issue of heteroscedasticity (generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity). As a result, this study seeks to develop the best appropriate model for forecasting 400 days before and 297 days following the Covid-19 epidemic, as well as to offer advice for mitigating the impact of daily stock price swings. The data was previously gathered by analyzing the daily rates of ASEAN 6 world stocks from January 1, 2019, to May 17, 2021. Additionally, the article examines the Event Window, with the ideal model denoted as AR (1) GARCH (1, 3). The results confirmed that the model with an error of less than 0.0073 is AR (1) - GARCH (1,3), which is an excellent model for forecasting daily inventory costs in ASEAN 6.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131155291","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
