The threat of extinction of green turtles is increasingly real if the government does not immediately stop the exploitation of green turtles. To save green turtles from extinction, it is necessary to analyze the protection policies and formulate alternative protection for green turtles in the future. Analysis of the green turtle protection policy is carried out on the conservation activities of the Marine and Fisheries Service. The results of the policy analysis are needed to learn about the effectiveness of protection and management performance of green turtles in the formulation of alternative protection for sea turtles. The Indonesian government through related agencies, such as the Office of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences, and the Ministry of Environment have issued several regulations and policies for the protection of endangered species, such as Ratification of the United Nations Convention on Biodiversity through Law No. 5 of 1994, the ratification of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species through Presidential Decree No. 43 of 1978; Stipulation of Government Regulation No. 7 of 1999 and Government Regulation No. 8 of 1999. All aspects and values of civilization, history, geography, demography, religion, ethnicity, culture, customs are united in five basic values (grand norm), and each value which is one with other values is an inseparable unity. Terrorism and radicalism are real threats to the existence of Pancasila as an ideology. Education is required to be able to adapt to any changes that exist, of course, in this case, the society 5.0 era has an impact on the readiness for the job of student teachers to prepare for the changes. This study aims to examine the readiness of student teachers in facing the challenges that will be faced with the implementation of Society 5.0 and the competencies needed in the future. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample from two teacher training and education colleges (n=305) was surveyed to explore the extent to which students felt prepared for the job with society’s 5.0 challenges. Collecting data uses a questionnaire and data analysis using descriptive statistics. This study describes four competencies namely communication skills, leadership, curiosity, and comprehension reading skill. Overall, the results identified that student teachers are quite ready for leadership and comprehension reading skills and need to be developed for communication and curiosity skills among these student teachers. These four competencies become important to be researched because they must be owned by every student teacher and affect the important role of teacher training and college education institution in shaping their professional competencies.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126787785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Basically, in terms of wiretapping on the disclosure of criminal acts of corruption, the only authority given by the government is the KPK, but the facts on the ground in disclosing the Corruption Crimes of the Attorney General's Office work after the crime took place. The prosecutor's intelligence as a tool to strengthen and support the success of law enforcement operations has a very important role. This means that the intelligence of the Prosecutor's Office is part of the sustainability of the security, order, and welfare of the Indonesian state. Based on this, it is important to reformulate the authority of the Prosecutor's Intelligence on wiretapping which began with the alleged corruption crime committed by certain individuals. In the formulation of authority, it is necessary to take into account the privacy rights of the person who committed the corruption crime which cannot be separated from the violation of one's human rights. If viewed from the perspective of human rights, wiretapping can be categorized as a form of violation of human rights, especially personal rights (privacy). What is meant by human rights violations here, according to Article 1 point 6 of Law no. 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights is an act of a person or group of people including state apparatus, whether intentional or unintentional or negligence which unlawfully reduces, hinders, limits, and or revokes the human rights of a person or group of people. Wiretapping is a form of violation of human rights, especially the right to privacy, but restrictions on privacy rights can be limited by law, of course by fulfilling certain conditions that make the wiretapping action possible. Without the fulfillment of these conditions, the act of wiretapping is a form of arbitrariness. especially the right to privacy, but the right to privacy can be limited by law, of course by fulfilling certain conditions that make the wiretapping action possible.
