In 2019 was the first experience of holding general elections simultaneously with 5 (five) boxes and 5 (five) types of ballots, namely the presidential election, the election for members of the People's Representative Council, the Provincial Regional People's Representative Council, the Regency /City Regional People's Representative Council, and Regional Representative Council simultaneous nationally. This simultaneous general election system is extremely complicated in the process. It is not only complex but also takes a lot of victims based on experience in 2019 due to the large workload of the organizers. The massiveness and size of this democratic party caused difficulties for the organizers of both the general election commission, the election supervisory body, and the honorary council of election organizers in carrying out their duties. Not to mention, in 2024 the simultaneous general elections in Indonesia will not only be elections at the national level but also include elections at the regional level to elect governors, regents / mayors. Every general elecation event always ends in a dispute over the results of the general election. The Constitutional Court as a state institution that had the authority to settle disputes over the results of general elections (Article 24 C of the 1945 Constitution) will certainly reap the same impact if all disputed results are submitted to the Constitutional Court simultaneously. Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court is the last resort in upholding electoral justice. This paper uses a normative juridical research approach to concepts, theories and legislation. The data used are secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. This paper tries to answer the challenges of concurrent election dispute resolution in 2024 by providing an idea of limiting margins to file a lawsuit, and a dismissal process that involves academics at the local level to handle disputed cases of results in regional head elections both governors, regents or mayors.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121683852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to produce a study of the distribution pattern and factors that influence the selection of destination countries for Indonesian Migrant workers from Lampung. This study used a qualitative approach. This approach is intended as an analytical understanding process based on an empirical paradigm to investigate how the distribution patterns and factors influence the selection of migrant workers destination countries from Lampung in 2015-2020. The research results showed that the most popular destination countries among migrant workers from Lampung are Taiwan, followed by Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei Darussalam. The main factors that drove migrant workers to work abroad are limited access and employment opportunities in the country and higher salaries abroad. Socio-cultural factors that influenced the selection of destination countries for immigrant workers from Lampung are the similarity of language and culture that are still allied, the presence of friends or relatives who have previously worked abroad (chain migration), and the friendliness and respect of the local population towards migrant workers. Security factors that influenced the decision to select the destination country include social security and good health in the workplace, local government services that are fast and reliable, as well as ensuring security and order. The waste that comes from burning coal is known to have harmful side effects for health and damage to the environment and the living biota in it. However, according to the test results of the Indonesian Ministry of Environment, FABA waste does not meet the characteristics of B3, and it has high economic benefits in several countries that have succeeded in managing this type of waste, such as China, Japan, the United States and others. If the Government can create good regulations, this waste will be a vast potential, both environmentally and economically. Learning from European countries that have succeeded in managing this waste by forming a particular association that deals with coal waste, Indonesia needs to apply international standards so that this potential does not impact environmental health through related international cooperation. Using the literature study method, this research will be qualitative, and environmental theory and international cooperation will describe and analyze Indonesia's opportunities in accelerating the use of FABA-type coal waste through international cooperation. The target achievement of this research is a policy recommendation for the Government on issues related to the handling of coal waste types of FABA.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133010508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
