It is not only because it has sacred values that still exist in the custom society in Indonesia, but also has a high rate of economic values. Traditional Cultural Expressions as copyrights need to get the protection of the law to avoid confession by another country, for example, Pendet Dance, Wayang, and Reog Ponorogo that claimed as traditional property of Malaysia. The form of law protection of Traditional Cultural Expressions as copyrights has already grown. In the Law No.19 of 2002 on Copyrights, Traditional Cultural Expressions have only meaning as folklore. On the other hand, the theory of multiple intelligence suggests that each individual possesses nine different types of intelligence. Recognizing the different levels of knowledge will aid in determining the variations of students’ cognitive styles. As a result, many teachers who recognize the disparities in student performance begin to apply this principle to their learning to increase teaching consistency. This research aims to determine what teachers think about using Multiple Intelligences-based English language instruction for young learners. Teacher perceptions of multiple intelligence-based English teaching for young EFL students were carried out in several Bandar Lampung elementary schools that used the Multiple Intelligence Theory as a learning framework. Ten teachers were chosen to take part in this interview. This research looked at the teachers’ views of using the Multiple Intelligence approach to teach English to students as the suitable method to use in their schools’ actual teaching and learning process.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134015535","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Asymmetric decentralization as a reality that occurs in Indonesia and constitutionally has a foundation, but on the one hand, the State of Indonesia does not yet have a legal format to accommodate the needs, demands, and regional diversity in the practice of implementing asymmetric decentralization in Indonesia. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that: the implementation of asymmetric decentralization in Indonesia does not yet have a clear legal policy direction. Currently, the regions that have these specialties/privileges each have different arrangements in the administration of their regional government. These various arrangements have a core unit of understanding that can be identified and used as material for the formal legal content of the implementation of asymmetric decentralization in Indonesia. Legal convergence in the regulation of asymmetric decentralization is needed to be used as a legal umbrella that can accommodate the needs and demands of the diversity of regions in Indonesia, and as a process in building a model of asymmetric decentralization in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130581548","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The emergence of a new profession that has not been taken into account has made Vlog a medium for entertainment and new information for the public. The content displayed to the public also varies, including vlogger activity in private spaces such as bathrooms and bedrooms. This can be seen from the Rans Entertainment vlog, which displays activities made into content with the arrangement of their personal space. Private spaces that were once taboo to be displayed in public are now commonplace, especially in this digital era. This paper describes the meaning of public and private space in the digital world by looking at the representation of private space through the Rans Entertainment vlog. The results show that for artists, the boundaries between public and private spaces are getting wider. The priority of content interests makes the meaning and function of public space wider. Even though it is considered taboo, showing the private space of these celebrities has benefited from a social and economic side. Private space is no longer seen from its functions and uses, but it captures their daily activities when the camera is not there.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133230580","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, since 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the rate of tourist visits to decline. The government continues to strive to realize the tourism village program by increasing Penta helix collaboration, namely the involvement of universities, the business community, the community, and the media. This study examines the strategic role of the government in the Penta helix collaboration in the development of tourist villages in Indonesia after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research team used descriptive qualitative methods, with data sourced from literature reviews and various institutions. The results of the study are that the government is committed to carrying out crisis management leadership to generate post-covid-19 tourism villages in synergy with universities, business communities, community communities and the media to support tourist villages as quality and sustainable tourism. In its actions, the government provides a number of regulations, stimulus programs, and health protocols, supported by transparent and consistent communication, digital transformation and analytics related to the pandemic. The impact of collaboration is the ability of tourism sector actors to survive, adapt, be creative, innovate, and share the same desire for the revival of tourism. However, the success of the collaboration is relative; there are challenges regarding the government's low commitment to involving village community participation in planning, implementation and reporting. This causes the lack of elements of local wisdom, not independent, powerless communities, and low attention to program sustainability.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127160552","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In essence, the granting of autonomy to regions is directed at accelerating the realization of community welfare, through the implementation of government affairs. Postreform regional autonomy is a new chapter in governance that leads to a bottom-up approach. Regional governments through decentralization have great authority and responsibility in developing their regions, including in the development of the creative economy. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that: government affairs in the tourism sector are concurrent government affairs that are divided between the central government and local governments. Concurrent government affairs are the basis for local governments to implement regional autonomy. Based on local government legal regimes and sectoral legal regimes, at least local governments have the authority to develop the creative economy which includes, integrating creative economic development in regional development planning documents, increasing the capacity of creative economy actors, and developing creative economy ecosystems. Therefore, in realizing the regional authority so that it can be felt by the community, the regional government needs to put it in the form of regional policies through the formation of regional legal products. Keywords—creative economy; tourist; regional authority; autonomy.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127994004","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially in the current pandemic situation, collaboration is needed to overcome the crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic by maximizing the ASEAN organization. The formulation of the problem in this paper is how the position, function, and authority of ASEAN as an international organization, as well as the cooperation that has been carried out by ASEAN in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. ASEAN is a regional organization that aims to promote economic growth, social progress, and cultural development in the Southeast Asian region through multilateral cooperation. Moreover, it serves as a non-political platform to maintain peace and stability among its member states and external partners. Several efforts have been discussed at the regional level by ASEAN to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic which has spread throughout the country, especially in the ASEAN Region. For example, the Joint Statement on Defense Cooperation against Disease Outbreak. On April 14, 2020, the Special ASEAN Summit (Summit) through a virtual conference resulted in the Declaration of the Special ASEAN Summit on Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Following the increasing COVID-19 cases and the implementation of social distancing and lockdown policies across countries, new problems have emerged from the international community. The problems arising are copious, ranging from economic problems due to intensifying unemployment rates, increasing people's distrust of the state government, as well as social problems. In June 2020, the World Bank through Global Economic Prospects predicted a decline of 5.2 percent of total world GDP in 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, the World Bank estimates that the economies of developed countries will decline by 7 percent. The decline in the economies of developed countries will eventually affect the economies of developing countries, which are predicted to experience a decline of 2.5 percent. In addition to the worsening international conditions due to Covid-19, China and Indonesia are among the countries dealing with the same issue. The purpose of this article is to understand the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic for both countries by using qualitative research methods, finding that the impact of the covid-19 pandemic between the two countries creates shared needs to resolve this issue by carrying out bilateral cooperation that brings mutual benefits.","PeriodicalId":283536,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Universitas Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS 2021)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121050857","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
