This research is descriptive quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 164 grade X students from two high schools (SMA) in Lampung. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale and interviews which were arranged by adapting the learning motivation theory of Hamzah B. Uno and Sardiman. The results of the analysis showed that the students' learning motivation of 79.7 was included in the high category. Meanwhile, through a series of tests and hypothesis testing using the Pearson correlation formula with the help of SPSS 19, it can be concluded that there is a positive correlation between motivation and learning outcomes during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
