According to the analysis result, the energy consumption and export trade of Beijing had a cointegration relationship, namely a long-term equilibrium relationship and the changes of energy consumption of Beijing were the causes of the changes of the export trade scale of Beijing, which suggests that the energy consumption of Beijing had a certain promoting impact on the export trade of Beijing. So the paper selected KunGangJiaHua company as the research object, which was the subsidiary of YunNanKunGang Cement Building materials Co., LTD. The writer modeled the measure of gray multilevel integration (AHP-GRAP model) with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and Grey Relation Analysis. In addition, empirical evidence was also analyzed by using the data. The contributions of restructuring were well-evaluated. The value of evaluation showed that the evaluation value was increasing. Through literature review, the theoretical of the state-owned enterprises operators demand were analysed, by adopting the methods of questionnaire surveys to state-owned enterprise operators. According to the questionnaire survey results, thirty-eight items about operators demand characteristics were extracted, and the original scale was designed. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, a six dimensionality measurement tool of state-owned enterprise operators demands was established, it contains: “achievement demand \", \"self value compensation demand\" and \"respect demand \", \"career development demand\", \"power demand\" and \"occupational safety demand \". The price is the important factor impacting on the customer purchase behavior. In order to improve competitiveness and conquer more market share, the subjects of green supply chain must be negotiate the price of green product reasonably. On the basis of reviewing past literature, after-tax income, M&A costs and income tax credit of both sides of M&A are analyzed in four kinds trading patterns of taxable M&A “dual-tax” company by comparative analysis, and found that taxable stock M&A with no incremental tax base more easily accepted by both sides of M&A. If the target company and its shareholders can make the acquirer pay in fair market value more than the target assets, which can accept taxable asset acquisitions with incremental tax base. Many scholars have been research on the factors affecting the adoption of inter-organizational information systems, but research is mainly very little about the adoption of supplier — retailer inter-organizational information systems and adoption hierarchy, this paper mainly researches affecting factors to suppliers-retailers inter-organizational information systems from the leadership and environment. Research on the energy industry in china should not ignore the relativity and the heterogeneity of spatial dimensions. At present, time series analysis is used in most of the energy industry, cross-section data analysis, especially the spatial econometric analysis are rarely applied, this paper takes the mainland provinces and cities in China as spatial samples to analyzes the agglomeration status of energy industry as well as the impact factors with the use of spatial econometrics. Firstly, the location quotient is used to make quantitative measure on the agglomeration of energy industry in 30 provinces of China; secondly, moran index is used to test the spatial dependence of the energy industry agglomeration, finally spatial econometric models are used to analyze the impact factors on the agglomeration of the energy industry, and thus the relevant policies and proposals are put forward. How reasonable capital expenditures and cash flows are greatly determines the growth of listed companies, and different growing companies have different levels of capital expenditures and cash flows. In constructing growth evaluation model for listed companies in China, from the aspect of growth, this paper conducts an empirical research on; listed companies' growth and capital expenditures, growth and cash flow, and, the relationship between listed companies' growth and capital expenditures. Major findings from the study show that; regardless of the growth level in Chinese listed companies, capital expenditure has a very significant positive effect on cash flow.
