摘要

就中国制造业创新因素的影响而言，地方政府在制造业创新中发挥着重要作用。本文设计了制造业创新与地方政府行为评价指标体系，以29个制造业为样本，运用数据分析和灰色关联视角的方法对两者之间的定量关系进行检验，从实证的角度进一步洞察两者之间的关系。分析了制造业创新能力与地方政府行为的关系，从而提升制造业创新能力和制造业市场竞争力。
