Abstract

So the paper selected KunGangJiaHua company as the research object, which was the subsidiary of YunNanKunGang Cement Building materials Co., LTD. The writer modeled the measure of gray multilevel integration (AHP-GRAP model) with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and Grey Relation Analysis. In addition, empirical evidence was also analyzed by using the data. The contributions of restructuring were well-evaluated. The value of evaluation showed that the evaluation value was increasing. The benefit of restructuring was rising year by year.
