At the same time, since the creation of an artificial intelligence system is an important result, it is important to achieve text processing units using digital technologies. In this process, it is necessary to determine the parts of speech of words. In computational linguistics, it is known that this linguistic and technical analysis is a stage of marking words – PoS-tagger, that is, tagging a part of speech of words, and is also considered the main stage of automatic text processing. Initial attempts to create tags in creating a language corpus solved many of the most pressing text problems today. In natural language processing (NLP), word labeling is also a primary concern, which leads to the analysis of various linguistic ambiguities in the text, such as the definition of homonymy and semantics of ambiguous words.This article discusses about part-of-speech tagging words, its significance in the process of computer analysis of texts, and the methods of tagging.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133022913","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Arabic term \"maqom\" denotes cycles of instrumental and vocal music, created on the basis of a combination of perfect scales and certain metro-rhythmic structures (usul). In order to better understand the content-semantic aspect of this kind of musical cycles, first of all, it is necessary to have a certain idea of the history of the origin and factors of the development of this art.The history of this ancient art can be divided into two main periods. The first period is characterized by the formation of intonational primary sources, because at that time there were no maqoms in the form in which we know them now. An important layer of these sources is the spiritual heritage of the great prophets, and another layer is associated with the ancient values of the musical creativity of the peoples of the East.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-03-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114719939","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Via his speech, a person receives certain information and at the same time transmits certain information via the same speech. In this process, nonverbal means for increasing speech sensitivity will come out in the field. In turn, they serve as the main auxiliary means in the manifestation of language signs. It is worth noting that exactly nonverbal means is considered as one of the main factors in the occurrence of the pragmatic process in the speech process. The issue is new, complex and not yet explored. For this reason, it is not possible to define all its artistic and aesthetic features, functions and theoretical canons within a small article. It is also worth noting that the universal theories put forward are not just literature, but all types and forms of creativity. This stage of the creative process is not the choice of space, time or person, and is unique to all periods of literary history. At the same time, the study focuses on the practical process of this stage of the creative process, in part on the reflection on the sources of world literature, including Russian and Uzbek literature. In a word, it focuses on the artistic process and the new third phase. The theoretical criteria for this stage, known as the decompression process, are analyzed with examples from works by world and Uzbek writers.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134178044","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is entitled Vaqfiya, which received little scholarly attention despite its unique value as a sourse for the socioeconomic, cultural, and even political history of Khorasan in the late Temurid’s period in the author’s biography. One possible reason for the relative scholarly neglect of the Vaqfiya has been that prejudging its contents by its title, scholars tended to regard it only as a legal vaqf document (vaqfiya or vaqfnoma) relating to the endowments established by Navoi for the architectural complex centered in the Ihlasiya madrasa and Halosiya hanaqah ensemble that he built in the northern suburbs of the Temurid’s capital, Herat, in the last decades of the XV century. Although vaqf documents have long been recognized as a valuable source for social and economic history, it is only fairly recently that they have started to be exploited systematically in the study of medieval Iran and Central Asia. Earlier (until the 80s of the 20th century) scholars have led the way, generally focusing on the “Vaqfiya” as a source for the history of agrarian relations. More frequently, however, “Vaqfiya” has been viewed from an even more narrow perspective – as a source of information about the biography of the author, history, social life and topography of Temurid’s Herat.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130862349","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the Great Silk Road from China to Rome from the 3rd century BC not only silk spread, but also religious and cultural ideas. Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva - ancient cities were the central points of the Silk Road. Trade and diplomatic exchange between China and Central Asia begins in the 1st century. BC. The ruler of the Han dynasty, U-Di (reigned in 141-87 BC), sent in 138 BC his envoy Zhan Tsan to establish an alliance with Yue-chi in the fight against the Huns. Many years later, Zhan Tsan managed to return home with information about the prosperous Fergana, Samarkand, Bukhara and Balkh and gained access to the homeland of the legendary “heaveny horses”, and also gave China the opportunity to open trade routes through Sichuan to Turkestan and Bactria. The relationships between East and West were bilateral - Western fabrics were imported into China, especially Persian and Syrian brocade, Byzantine fabrics, cotton and wool fabrics, embroidery. In addition to the glorious horses, the Chinese valued hunting dogs, falcons, cheetahs, wines, glassware and rock crystal. In the VIII century, music, dancers, actors from Samarkand and Bukhara gained wide popularity in China. Gradually, silk production began to spread outside of China, by the 6th century, silk weaving centers arose in Sogd and the Byzantine Empire. The significance of the Great Silk Road was not only in commodity exchange, but also for centuries there has been a cultural, scientific and technological exchange.","PeriodicalId":276633,"journal":{"name":"Uzbekistan: language and culture","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114619371","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
