The emergence of 19th-century linguistics in Western linguistics opened the way for new perseption of new problems and concepts in dialectology. Historical-com-parative and ethno linguistic research has been identified as one of the priorities in the integrated study of the language system, based on the theoretical foundations of dialects. The article discusses the peculiarities of southwestern Namangan dialects, their historical genesis, distribution and range of action. The creation of the manuscript, which requires valuable materials, painstaking and coordinated work of many masters, turned the book not only into spiritual, but also material value. Therefore, those who ordered it were wealthy people – rulers and the feudal nobility, rich, educated citizens. The main elements of the decoration of the pages of the medieval manuscripts of Iran and Central Asia of the 13-17th centuries were: bookplates, enclosed in multi-petal, multi-beam rosettes – “shams”; unvan-title page, frontispieces (zaravarak) – richly ornamented opening pages, as well as numerous ornamental motifs that adorn the calligraphic text and page margins themselves. In this regard, challenging the principles of traditional terminology and translation, testing the perspective relevance of cognitive semantics to demonstrate a language potential in the world conceptualization and categorization through gender discourse lens, revealing linguistic and extra-linguistic factors in the formation of a gender terminology system is of high importance. The article deals with linguistic and extra-linguistic factors in the formation of gender term system - as a cognitive structure providing an effective communication on human rights discourse. The Tatar lan-guage is a part of the Kypchak group, one of the three major branches of the Turkic languages. Until today, Tatar Turks have used three different alphabets.Alphabet as an integral part of culture, has a long history. The Tatar alphabet has passed a difficult path of dеvelopment. This path has been closely connected with the whole history of the Tatar people. Fundamen-tal political and socio-economic changes have repeatedly led to profound transformations of the Tatar alphabet, but it never ceased to develop along with its people.Until IX th century, the ancestors of the Tatar people had used runic writing. Subsequently (from the 9th century), Uyghur and Ara-bic letters were used in parallel with it. With the recognition of Islam as the official religion, the ancestors of the Tatars switched to Arabic script, which was used by the Tatars until 1917.In our opinion, the history of the Tatar alphabet requires large-scale and comprehensive research, as it reflects the most important aspects of national life: the formation of national identity, culture and historical tra-ditions. Ibn al-Arabi’s Theory of Wahdat ul-wujud - the Unity of Being and the Theory of the Perfect Man has encompassed the entire Muslim East and has had a positive effect on the views of Western philosophers as well. Also, the Tariqat (of mysticism was founded by Hodja Yusuf Hama-dani and Hodja Abdul Khaliq Gijduvani (1103-1218). The doctrine that united the regions spiritually is also influenced by Ibn al-Arabi’s philosophy of Wahdat ul-wujud. The observations and beliefs of the local population as regards the places of pilgrimage were analyzed. It also provides information about pilgrim customs and ceremonies, religious views, and dates of pilgrimage. Their impact on the psyche of the population has been highlighted, as well as the importance of finding solutions to family problems along with socio-economic issues.It is well known that Uzbekistan is one of the cradles of not only the East but also of the world civilization. It is a region with a wide variety of religions and cultures. The fact that the territory of our country is supposed to be inhabited by pre-historic people at the same time, is the evidence of the ancient history of this land. They are valuable because of their antiquity, the expression of various religions and cultures, beliefs and concepts. Sacred shrines, temples and holy places are considered religious and national values. It has become necessary to study and preserve our religious and cultural sites, which have been an integral part of human life for centuries and today. Actions in these areas also have their national, religious, psychological and historical roots. There are a lot of people who have been trying to render the beautiful representatives of fine literature of the world to the TL. In most cases, the translator comes across with the difficulty of reaching the harmony between the form and the meaning in this process. The article discusses the process of reaching the harmony between the original and translation texts’ form and meaning. In a broad sense, it is logical enough to consider that to translate a poem is much easier than, for instance, rendering of novels, stories and any other types of written genre of a literature, because of its shorter forms. In this regard, a particular interest is the caused by Old Tur-kic tamgas and titles (“Qaghan”, “Yabghu”, “Tegin”, “Tarkhan”) available on the Pre-Islamic Turkic coins of Tokharistan region (Southern Uzbekistan – Southern Tadjikistan – Northern Afghanistan) with Sogdian scripts. On the early medieval coins of Chach related to the Western Turkic Qaghan-ate (568–740), there are four types of tamgas – a lyre-shaped one with its varieties, a tamga in the form of two crossed swords, an anchor-form tamga and the diamond-form one, and the fact comes under notice that similar tamgas were engraved on the coins of the Northern Tokharistan of the same epoch.
