Data processing methods are performed using statistics to obtain data, research variables and values that include data on scores, medians, modes, standard deviations, and frequency distributions. Then for the purposes of the research hypothesis are inferential statistics with simple and regression techniques. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that: First, there is a positive and significant relationship between school culture and religious behavior, as evidenced by the assets of secret coefficient (ry1) of 0.962. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between multicultural attitudes and student religious behavior, as evidenced by the assets of secret coefficient (ry1) of 0.969. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between school culture and multicultural attitudes together with religious behavior, as evidenced by money (ry12) of 0.973 and the Fcount test of significance of 1099,684. \u0000Keywords. In Jalaluddin Rachmat’s pint of view there are two forms in dealing with Islam: both textual and the second contextual. While the actual Islam is a smart and brilliant idea how to display the figure of Islam is cool, harmonious, and full of peace. For this reason, the researchers wanted to know, study and analyze character education in schools, and also the readiness of teachers for education in schools, which would compare the readiness of teachers in management of education in public schools with special religious schools (Madrasa). The analysis uses inference analysis, namely analysis with simple regression techniques. From this study it was found that management of education has an influence on student morals, and also the ability and morals of students towards student learning in school. This research used quantitative approach with survey method with 53 teachers as samples. The samples were taken by a saturated sampling technique in which the total population was sampled. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that: (1) Teachers professional competence influence the effectiveness of learning with the determination coefficient 0.189 or 18.9%. (2) Teaching motivation influence the effectiveness of learning with the determination coefficient 0.388 or 38.8%. and (3)Teachers profesional competence and Teaching motivation influence simultaneously toward the effectiveness of learning with the value of coefficient determination 455 or 45.50%. \u0000Keywords. The research findings are: The first, implementing quality management at boarding school begun with formulating strategic planning/school framework with certain steps: analysis, formulating program draft, socialization, budgeting, and documentation. The process also determines the school programs those are academic, studentship, boarding, facility and media, and networking. The second, the steps of implementation strategy are implementing and evaluating educational program quality. (1) Implementing educational program quality of boarding school begun with the procedures of socializing quality program plan, technical plan, implementation program, monitoring, supervising, and evaluation with bottom up-top down approach; (2) evaluating educational program quality systematically begun with the procedures of self-evaluation, quality internal audit, teacher’s competence evaluation, management evaluation, and external audit. The third, the supporting factors and the constraint ones in implementing educational quality management correlated with raw input, teachers, budgeting, leader’s commitment to quality, facilities, learning environment, and networking. Planning of the laboratory in the school by looking at the needs of goods and budget. This planning can be done at the end of each semester by means of coordination meetings between laboratory heads, infrastructure representatives, and principals. Implementation of the laboratory includes procurement, storage, structuring, inventation, use, and maintenance. Procurement is done in accordance with existing needs and adjusted to school budget. Storage is done by making the codes and placed sessuai with place and its usefulness. The arrangement is done according to the encoding per cabinet or shelf or locker or storage warehouse. Inventory is done by taking notes of newly arrived items by giving a code or sticker. Use of laboratory facilities and infrastructure is used in accordance with the needs and usefulness of each item. Maintenance by repairing lightly damaged goods and removal for heavily damaged items.
