This study utilizes a qualitative approach to understand the specifics experienced by the subjects in this research. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through data condensation, data display, and conclusion. Based on the research findings, the implementation of academic supervision by the school principal begins with pre-supervision meetings. Subsequently, comprehensive classroom observations are carried out objectively using academic supervision instruments, concluding with post-supervision meetings to provide constructive feedback to the teachers. The impact of implementing academic supervision by the school principal includes an increase in teachers' competence in carrying out Teaching and Learning Activities, heightened creativity and innovation in the use of teaching methods and learning media, and an increase in teachers' confidence and collaborative attitudes. In addressing obstacles, the efforts made by the school principal include dividing the tasks of academic supervision among the vice principal and trained senior teachers, scheduling academic supervision at times when technical disruptions are minimal, employing a persuasive approach with teachers, and providing an understanding of the goals and benefits of supervision along with examples of successful instances of academic supervision to teachers. During the observation in the eighth grade of State Junior High School 6 Percut Sei Tuan, the researcher also saw some kids with low self-acceptance. The method employed is descriptive, and the research is qualitative. The Miles and Huberman model was utilized for data analysis; it is an interactive model that includes data reduction, data display, and generating conclusions. The findings revealed: (1) Low self-acceptance of body image among eighth pupils at State Junior High School 6 Percut Sei Tuan. Some students still believe their physical condition and body form are less desirable. It causes a sense of insecurity. Students' mistrust motivates them to improve their physical condition and body form. (2) The influence of acceptable body image on the conduct of eighth-grade students at State Junior High School 6 Percut Sei Tuan can disrupt student learning continuity. as if oblivious to his lesson. It is because these pupils lack the courage to express themselves in class. It, of course, significantly impacts the efficacy of student learning in the classroom. It has a significant impact on the efficacy of student learning. (3) The Counseling Guidance teacher attempts to cultivate self-acceptance in students' body image. The author explained that TQM could help improve the quality of Islamic education by supporting continuous quality control. Also, good leadership is needed to support the implementation of TQM in Islamic educational institutions. Furthermore, the authors explain that teamwork is important in implementing TQM in Islamic educational institutions. At the academic level, working together allows for better program development, greater community involvement, and better achievement of the company's mission and vision. This study uses a library research method that uses the literary method, that is, collecting data from different types of good books and using qualitative research methods. Finally, the authors concluded that integrating TQM, leadership, and teamwork can help improve the quality of Islamic education. The study aims to explain the idea and benefits of school-community relationships as critical factors for learning in the 21st-Century. The data collection technique started with reading various sources, classifying the data, and analyzing the data. The data are eight articles with Scopus index published from 2017 until 2022 that were collected from reputable journals. The data analysis stated that a harmonious and committed relationship between school and community is a crucial factor in the 21st-Century learning since it influences students’ academic achievement, behavior, and identity. The finding also notifies that the mutual relationship helps schools identify critical issues. This study used a qualitative case study approach, with the research subjects consisting of the school principal and several deputy heads. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. This research focuses on describing quality improvement in increasing public trust using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method of researchers at MI Ihyauddiniyah. The research data was obtained through interviews and observation, and documentation. In the next stage, the researcher checked the validity of the data, which was carried out by extending participation, persistence in observation, triangulation, and questionnaires to parents of students. To get more accurate and accountable results, the researchers interviewed the deputy head of student affairs, deputy head of infrastructure, and teachers at MI Ihyauddiniyah. The results showed that quality improvement using the FMEA method increased public trust. The FMEA measurement process is focused on three main things, which are the main components in the management process of educational institutions. Republik Indonesia, 2019). Transformational leadership management is a leadership model that can help subordinates to be more creative and innovative to make changes to institutions so that they can be competitive with other institutions in order to achieve goals easily according to the steps in the management function. The purpose of this study in general is to describe and analyze the management of transformational leadership in improving the learning quality of students. This study uses an inductive qualitative approach, with a descriptive method of qualitative analysis of case studies (case study) and data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the planning steps in both Islamic boarding schools are adjusted to the vision, mission and objectives of the Islamic boarding school. Organizing by forming a learning quality assurance team from the leadership of the Islamic boarding school. Its implementation has been implemented in the activities of reciting the yellow book, outreach, simulation, training, directing the leadership of Islamic boarding schools, there are two stages of supervision. from the administrator. The management provides an explanation of the realization of the activity program. The second stage is monitoring and evaluating the preparation of the activity program, starting from supervision from the Ministry of Religion of Cirebon City and the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province, the leadership of Islamic boarding schools and the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Java Province to the pesantren. This study concentrates on establishing entrepreneurial-oriented Islamic educational institutions to develop successful entrepreneurs and empower communities by acquiring skills and knowledge during the learning process. The library research approach was employed in this study. Researchers research books, publications, and materials directly connected to establishing transformational Islamic educational institutions from an entrepreneurial standpoint globally. Data collecting through offline and online searches for sources such as books, journals, articles, reports, papers, other relevant information sources, and existing research. An interactive qualitative model was used to examine the data from the literature review. This data analysis paradigm includes data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drafting. Proses penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE diterapkan. Responden adalah 67 orang mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam UIN Ar-Raniry tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi adalah lima tahapan penelitian. Hasil validasi produk dari kedua validator diperoleh skor rata-rata 77,50% dalam kategori layak dan skor tinggi dengan persentase berkisar antara 86,19% hingga 92,53% pada tahap implementasi, menunjukkan bahwa e-modul Filsafat Manajemen Pendidikan Islam sangat layak digunakan dan sangat membantu mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan filsafat manajemen pendidikan Islam. Umpan balik pengguna adalah bahwa e-modul siswa ini mudah digunakan dan bermanfaat di kelas Filsafat Manajemen Pendidikan Islam.
