The study was conducted on teachers at SMK in Bekasi. The research used quantitative method with correlation analysis and regression analysis. Data were collected by using instruments on the variables used in the study, ie school culture and educational curriculum. This study found that the school culture aspect has a relationship with the educational curriculum, both academic, socio-cultural and democratic cultures have a positive influence on the school curriculum, so it can be said that the curriculum used in schools will be done well if it has a school culture it is also good that curriculum development in schools requires attention and focus on school culture factors as a way to improve the quality of education curriculum in schools. \u0000Keywords. This paper aims to explore the efforts of SMP Negeri 1 Pamarayan in optimizing the role of school committees in the protection of teachers in the implementation of education. The results of the study show that SMP Negeri 1 Pamarayan efforts always coordinate with school committees that are scheduled at least every two months, accommodate and channel the aspirations and initiatives of the community in giving birth to operational policies and educational programs, increasing responsibilities and community participation in the implementation of education, creating atmosphere and transparent, accountable, and democratic conditions. The perceived outcomes relate to teacher protection. The role of school committees in realizing teacher protection can be optimized by scheduling coordination between schools and school committees, all emerging cases can be addressed thanks to the school committee's role without causing a community reaction that harms both parties. \u0000Keywords. SBM is also a form of operationalization of the decentralization or education autonomy policy in relation to regional autonomy. Theoretically, SBM is also a concept that offers autonomy to schools in order to improve quality, efficiency and equity of education in order to accommodate the interests of local communities as well as establishing close cooperation between schools, communities and governments. Operationally SBM is an idea that places the authority of school management in a system entity. Based on the above view, this article outlines the basic framework of SBM as a strategy for improving the quality of education. With SBM, principals, teachers and learners get the opportunity to innovate and improvise in schools related to curriculum, learning, managerial and others. So the principal serves as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator, figure, and mediator.
