The data were obtained by the Eco-School Operational Teachers Questionnaire and a standardized interview with the experts of the Eco-School Teachers and the Eco-School Teachers. Results of this study showed that the majority of informants had an intermediate level of EE competence in 6 parts: environmental awareness, basic understanding of EE, responsibility for EE instructor updating, EE preparation and service, support for EE learning, and EE assessment. The EE development was produced to cultivate educators out of a variety of subjects to carry out interoperable learning in order to improve the environment of students before preserving or resolving society environmental issues. This systematically consisted of 5 steps including: analyzing the environmental policy covering national, educational area, and school policies; studying the community environmental problem; designing the environmental learning project; identifying the learning standard; and performing the integrated lesson plan. This research was carried out in the Serang District 1 MTsN. The research methodology uses qualitative studies with a field research approach that attempts to research or make observations and jump directly in the field. Research on the development of teacher professionalism in Serang District 1 Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri is not only enough with theoretical studies but it needs direct research to the location studied, known as observation using a systematic approach. While the speakers who can be used as resource persons include the head of The Madrasa and all Madrasa teachers. Based on the results of the research the development of teacher professionalism through competency and pedagogical improvement can be done in a way, namely: First: Pedagogic Ability; Ability to Understand Students, Ability to Design Learning, Ability to Implement Learning Processes, Ability to Assess Processes and Results, and Ability to Develop Potential Students. Research methods using qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Triangulation was done by way of rechecking the information interview results with the results of observation and documentation. The research found that the formation of character in the Boarding School Program Junior Ardaniah is done through: 1) academic activities, either intrasekolah or ekstrasekolah; 2) religious activities, such as: Islamic studies, the study of the book of yellow, muhadhoroh, memorizing the Qur'an, Qur'an tahfidz and Lughotul al-Ta'lim al Arabia; 3) activity skills, such as: activities The cultivation of Plants through tissue culture of language skills, and information and Communication Technology skills. This study is a field research with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results showed that (1) Kont Gontor 9 curriculum is an integration between the curriculum of scientific competence and character formation that is implemented in the totality of santri's life for 24 hours, (2) Gontor 9 cottage discipline is a standard rule of santri activity while staying in the cottage which includes time discipline, place discipline, activity discipline, self discipline, and (3) KMI curriculum in this case there is a written curriculum and hidden curriculum which acts as a guideline in the process of developing the character of santri through curricular, cochurricular, extracurricular programs designed in 24-hour activities. \u0000Keywords. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pelibatan dan pemberdayaan dalam kualitas pada IPM di MA Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumen untuk mengetahui implementasi pelibatan dan pemberdayaan dalam kualitas pada lembaga tersebut. Didapatkan bahwa madrasah mengimplementasikan pelibatan dan pemberdayaan dalam kualitas pada organisasi pelajarnya. Proses implementasi dilakukan dengan membentuk budaya organisasi yang baik pada organisasi pelajar melalui empat tahap yaitu (1) menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung, (2) menentukan target dan mengatasi penghambat, (3) menerapkan dan menggunakan sarana pendukung, (4) menilai, menyesuaikan dan memperbaikinya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, digunakan trial-error-fix sehingga dapat dilakukan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang, 2) untuk menganalisis etos kerja guru di MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang, dan 3) untuk menganalisis faktor penunjang dan penghambat etos kerja guru di MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif (studi kasus). Instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan panduan observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kepemimpinan Kepala MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang cukup baik karena menjunjung tinggi tanggung jawab dengan penuh amanah, 2) Etos kerja guru MTs Pondok Besar Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang dikategorikan baik, karena mereka telah memperlihatkan kinerja dan berbagai macam usaha yang dilakukan demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, 3) Faktor penunjang  etos kerja (kedisiplinan, kepribadian guru melaksanakan tugas, keteladanan dan ketegasan kepala sekolah. Analyze data by correlation method. Data was collected through a quetionnaires, interviews, documentations, and literatures. Population in this research is part of MTsN in Serang District and City, namely MTsN 1 in Serang City, MTsN 2 in Serang City, MTsN 1 Serang, and MTsN 3 Serang. The sample is 30 respondents from the sample with purposive sampling technique. Research result (1) the level of achievement of archival management of 83.45% is included in the excellent category; (2) the level of service quality of educators is 84.59% included in the excellent category; and (3) the contribution of archival management to the quality service of educatiors by using formula Product Moment is a 0.432. Determination coefficient of 19% which shows archives has an influence on the variable quality of service of educators by 19% and the rest by other factors such as facilities and infrastructure.   \u0000Keywords. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies through a descriptive approach, in the form of words, writing or oral and description. Data analysis techniques are done through data collection, reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and steps to test the validity of the data using triagulation techniques.The results of this study reveal that: 1) Implementation of 2013 curriculum management at MTsN 1 Pandeglang so that teachers have more understanding of the curriculum. 2) Implementation of curriculum management programs or programs at MTsN 1 Pandeglang in the implementation of the activity committee and the division of tasks of the teachers who carry out their tasks and functions, so that school activities or programs can be organized. 3) Inhibiting factors and supporting factors for implementing curriculum management as a whole there are no school barriers from internal schools that complicate the implementation of planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum management, 4) Strategies or steps in overcoming these obstacles are by implementing the working meeting, there is also an evaluation on The Student Conference held in the middle of the year involving homerooms, field staff, and the headmaster. \u0000Keywords. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a correlational approach. The population in this study were students who took extracurricular activities as many as 120 students, thus the study sample was 30 respondents. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The conclutions of the research results are (1) the level of extracurricular management effectiveness at Serang Junior High School 18 is classified as good with 59.19%; (2) the level achievement of non-academic schools in Serang Junior High School is classified as good with 63.41%; and (3) the contributions of the effectiveness of extracurricular management variables on the achievement of non-academic school at 38.44%. \u0000Keywords.
