One of them is the younger generation, who leads the senior generation. This is not without reason. The Covid-19 pandemic and the disruption of the era brought significant changes in the church's life, including the Church of the Victory for the Indonesian Faith in Jabodetabek. As a church that has experienced a significant change in the percentage of young leadership, GKII in Jabodetabek faces new problems related to the cooperation built between generations within it. Coordination needs to create transformative leadership that carries out the internalization of the church's vision and mission. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews, analyzed by an implementation. The study results stated that GKII throughout Jabodetabek had synergized between young and senior leaders to achieve shared visions and missions despite Covid-19 and the era's disruption. There were five implementations: Equipping Leaders, establishing a diaconal body, making GKII Apps and Websites, monthly discussion and evaluation meetings between leaders, and a balanced percentage of young and senior leaders.AbstrakKepemimpinan selalu menjadi masalah yang tidak pernah selesai. Salah satunya adalah kehadiran generasi muda yang memimpin di kalangan generasi senior. Hal ini bukanlah tanpa alasan, pandemi Covid-19 dan disrupsi era membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam kehidupan gereja, termasuk Gereja Kemenangan Iman Indonesia Se-Jabodetabek. Sebagai gereja yang telah mengalami perubahan persentase kepemimpinan muda yang signifikan, GKII Se-Jabodetabek mendapat masalah baru terkait kerja sama yang dibangun antar generasi yang ada didalamnya. Koordinasi perlu dilakukan guna terciptanya kepemimpinan transformatif yang melaksanakan internalisasi visi dan misi gereja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dianalisis secara implementasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa GKII Se-Jabodetabek telah melakukan sinergi antara pemimpin muda dan senior untuk mencapai visi-misi bersama meskipun telah terjadi Covid-19 dan disrupsi era. In the context of Christianity, the view of the existence of miracles of healing is divided into two views which are pro and contra. This paper departs from the controversial side especially during this pandemic situation and seeks to present a comprehensive Pentecostal-Charismatic theological perspective. The methodological approach used is descriptive qualitative. The literature study approach is used to analyze the variety of literature related to miracles of healing, as well as brief hermeneutic studies on relevant biblical texts. The results of this study indicate the difference in conceptual framework between Pentecostal-Charismatic theology regarding miracles of healing, where the difference is not only centered on the conceptual side but also backwards on the study of hermeneutics resulting in different responses in practical theological praxis in the life of the congregation today.AbstrakKondisi pandemic covid-19 yang tak kunjung mereda, menghantarkan beragam pertanyaan bagi kalangan Pentakosta-Kharismatik perihal konsep kuasa Allah dan secara khusus mengenai eksistensi karunia mukjizat kesembuhan. Dalam konteks kekristenan, padangan mengenai eksistensi mukjizat kesembuhan terbagi dalam dua pandangan yang pro dan kontra. Tulisan ini bertolak dari sisi kontroversial terutama ditengah situasi pandemic ini serta berusaha untuk menyajikan kerangka pandangan teologi Pentakosta-Kharismatik yang komprehensif. Pendekatan metodologi yang digunakna adalah kualitiatif deskriptif. Pendekatan studi kepustakaan digunakan untuk menganalisa ragam literatur yang berkaitan dengan mukjizat kesembuhan, serta kajian hermeneutik singkat pada teks-teks Alkitab yang relevan. The advent of Pardes' hermeneutics has given direction to the world of Jewish hermeneutics. Pardes was the benchmark for hermeneutics in the Jewish tradition. Pardes becomes the standard in the steps of interpretation, mainly to examine the literary structure of the biblical text by considering the text as a whole based on their source language and combining relevant secondary and tertiary (third) background materials. Yet many theologians consider Sod, the highest level for interpreting the \"hidden meaning\", as an incomprehensible endeavor. The Sod approach in a unique way, namely esoteric interpretation, is regarded as something that cannot be revealed with certainty. Sod is doubtful about the level of accuracy in interpreting the biblical text. This article wants to review the extent of this hermeneutic interpretation polemic, and whether the esoteric approach of Sod in Pardes is still relevant for biblical hermeneutics today? This article will review it based on library research.AbstrakPardes (kadang ditulis ‘PaRDeS’) mewakili singkatan untuk: Peshat, Derash, Remez, dan Sod selain memiliki tingkatan yang berbeda dalam pencarian makna, tetapi juga memiliki keunikan tersendiri dalam cara menafsir. Hadirnya hermeneutik Pardes telah memberi arahan bagi dunia hermeneutik Yahudi. Pardes-lah yang menjadi tolok ukur hermeneutik dalam tradisi Yahudi. Pardes menjadi standar dalam langkah-langkah menafsir, utamanya untuk memeriksa struktur sastra dalam teks Kitab Suci dengan mempertimbangkan teks secara keseluruhan berdasarkan bahasa sumber mereka dan menggabungkan bahan latar belakang sekunder dan tersier (ketiga) yang relevan. Namun banyak teolog menganggap Sod, tingkatan tertinggi untuk menafsirkan “makna tersembunyi”, sebagai upaya yang tak mungkin dapat terselami. Pendekatan Sod dengan caranya yang khas yaitu penafsiran esoterik dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang tak mungkin dapat diungkap secara pasti. Sod diragukan tingkat keakuratannya dalam menafsir teks Kitab Suci. Kepemimpinan yang ideal pada generasi melenial harus dapat menyesuaikan dengan tuntutan dan perkembangan zaman. Terlebih lagi pada era milenial saat ini, dibutuhkan seorang pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa dan pemikiran yang visioner. Dengan teknologi, banyak orang dapat mengakses kotbah-kotbah harian, doa harian, dan bahkan Misa Kudus. Namun apakah pengaruh kemajuan teknologi ini mempererat relasi antara manusia dengan Tuhan atau malah sebaliknya? Melalui tulisan ini, akan disajikan bagaimana kemajuan teknologi berhadapan dengan iman Kristen memberi dampak pada langkah-langkah pastoral yang hendak ditempuh. An important role in leadership is to help those being led to grow in Jesus Christ. This study discusses the Reflections of Empowering Leaders Based on Exodus 18: 18-24. The objective is to identify the role of leaders in the empowering principles studied from Exodus 18: 18-24 regarding the leadership of Moses. One of the reasons for Moses' leadership to be ineffective was that Moses was leading alone. Therefore Jethro, who was Musa's father-in-law as well as a priest in Midian known as a prophet, suggested that Moses develop the principle of empowering capable people to become leaders for the smaller groups under his leadership. The methodology used is literature research using primary sources from books, journals and previous research as a source of study. The primary data is then analyzed and synthesized to become the novelty discussed in this study. So the orientation in empowering leadership is an effort to help the individual being led reach a better stage so that it is more light than Musa's single leadership. The leadership principles discussed include delegating leadership, increasing responsibility, increasing capacity, training independence and being willing to learn and be taught. Thus, this leadership can have a wider influence and create empowered individuals, independent of certain situations or organizations. Today's leadership succession requires to form leaders who excel in the face of competition, innovation, and leadership succession skills that can be manifested in empowering leadership. The superiority of Jesus' leadership model stems from the communication of the Father's vision to his followers with a touch of compassion which is the basis of His leadership.In this study the authors used qualitative methods. While the data collection process, the method approach used is literature study. Through a series of research conducted, there are various leadership models that are found, but the Christ leadership model provides superior characteristics and models, especially in times of crisis like today.Keywords: Leadership, Jesus, Christian.Abstrak: Kepemimpinan sekuler tidak sama dengan kepemimpinan yang diwariskan oleh Tuhan Yesus. Kepemimpinan Yesus di dunia merupakan model kepemimpinan yang  bersejarah dan menginspirasi bagi setiap pemimpin Kristen dari zaman ke zaman. Keunggulan model kepemimpinan Yesus bertolak dari komunikasi visi Bapa kepada para pengikut dengan sentuhan belaskasihan yang menjadi dasar kepemimpinan-Nya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sementara proses pengumpulan data, pendekatan metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur.
