In the first place, investigate and analyze the problems of express delivery on campus. In the second place, the overall framework of campus distribution platform system is proposed. Finally, through the system division of labor, the function of express UAV is clarified. Combined with the SET factor analysis method, the opportunity gap in the product design of delivery UAV is found. Meanwhile, the mind mapping method is used to analyze and study the modeling, function, color and material of UAV, so as to clarify the feasibility direction of design. According to this, innovative design can be carried out on the shape of university campus UAV. The application of Express UAV in university, it can achieve intelligent, rapid and safe delivery process. This paper proposes the technical method flow of patent enhancement design for industrial products. Starting from the principle of patent infringement judgment, the technical features of the claims are decomposed, and the patent enhancement design methods of substitution, trimming, and evolution are applied, and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ) tools are used to inspire the design schemes. Finally, a patent for a water temperature regulating device is applied for case verification. Based on CAD software, the numerical and image models of Chevrolet and BMW are established by finite element method. We use the programming method to construct the corresponding mechanical images. Through the professor's analysis of images and data, we understand the main reasons for the performance differences between different models. Automobile product is a highly comprehensive final product, which needs to organize professional and cooperative socialized mass production and related industrial products. It is impossible for academic research not to encounter problems. When encountering problems, we can first ask our teammates for help and see his new ideas. If it can't be solved, we can ask the help of professors, report our problems truthfully, and do not cover up our own experience and lack of experience, so as to solve this practical problem. But we can't rely on professors to help us find the source of problems for a long time. When we encounter problems, we should first try to use our knowledge and try to solve them. When there is nothing we can do, we can repeatedly check the data and observe the model to see if there is a problem in the thinking and solution. Only by accumulating experience can we better face the problems in scientific research in the future. For example, when comparing the relevant data of Chevrolet and BMW models, we first divided the model information. We worked together to find the most accurate data of BMW and Chevrolet in different states. When collecting data supporting BMW vehicle models, we had the problem that data entry failed and Python could not run. Then we consulted with the professor, who gave us the most professional and detailed answers. Then, key needs are determined through problem scenario analysis and KANO model evaluation, and innovative methods are used in the target scenario analysis to assist in the generation of concepts. Finally, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to select valuable concepts. Method The discrete theory-based analysis and design method is applied in construction machinery design to realize the concordance of appearance and color matching. Using this method, together with solid geometry and design psychology, the appearance and color matching are analyzed from the perspectives of solid geometry ion and color image, respectively. The psychological theory is adopted to interpret the corresponding relationship between appearance and color matching.
