Firstly, we used desktop research and user interviews to research and collect user feedback to understand the user’s feelings and needs, secondly, we designed the Kano questionnaire from the perspective of user needs and categorised the functional attributes based on the results of the questionnaire. Finally, a four-quadrant diagram was constructed by combining the Better-Worse coefficient analysis to prioritise the functional requirements and identify the core requirements to improve user satisfaction. The behavior map method and Kano model are used to establish the research model, prioritize the indicators, and make a two-dimensional matrix description and evaluation of better worse satisfaction index. The display and dissemination of its culture is of great significance for shaping the city’s characteristics, publicizing the city’s image, and promoting Chinese culture. However, many foreign tourists come to Zhejiang to travel due to lack of tour guides and other reasons. They can only watch the natural and humanistic scenery in a fancy way, but it is difficult to appreciate the spiritual connotation of the poetry road culture. From the perspective of virtual reality (VR), this paper develops a display and display that combines visual, auditory, and tactile senses through three-dimensional modeling, simulation algorithms, graphics rendering, virtual humans, multi-modal interaction, mini-map navigation and other VR technologies. The sensor is composed of a transmitter coil, a receiver coil, and a shielding layer. The RFEC sensor is theoretically analyzed, and the sensor simulation model is established using COMSOL software. The finite element method is used to shorten the length of the sensor, and the structural parameters are optimized. A defect is added to the optimized model, and the finite element simulation shows that the RFEC sensor can identify the location of the defect and reflect the characteristics of the defect. Finally, a drag experiment of the RFEC sensor is carried out. The power output models of wind power station, photovoltaic power station, cascade hydropower station and thermal power plant are established to determine their power characteristics. Considering the new energy grid connection, construct the joint distribution function, calculate the correlation coefficient between wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation, and establish a comprehensive power generation mode. By setting the objective function and constraints, the comprehensive energy joint control model is constructed, and the optimal coordinated programming algorithm is designed to solve the objective function to meet the load demand of users.
