Music service system and intelligent product design for the elderly at home based on social needs

Abstract

By building a system of music services for older people at home to meet their spiritual and social needs. The experience of musical entertainment is enhanced to enrich the spiritual life of older people and thus ensure their mental health. With the help of service design-related tools such as user profiling, stakeholder maps and user journey maps, user characteristics and needs are analyzed and service systems are innovated. Targeting the social needs derived from the mental health of the elderly as a pain point, it is combined with music to build a service design system containing key functions such as song singing, social friendship and encouraging feedback through existing music platforms, home audio and advanced technologies such as cloud computing technology and intelligent processing.
