Abstract

Objective: To explore how to reduce or eliminate the resistance of the elderly to intelligent products through emotional design, so as to effectively improve the sleep status of the elderly.Methods: Based on the three-level theoretical basis of emotional design, the process of emotional design was divided into four stages: emotional positioning stage, concept extraction stage, design generation stage and design refinement stage.
