This paper explored the 3D digital modeling methods of different types of sparrow brace. Besides, on the strength of referring to the data, photos and online literature obtained in the field, \"3ds Max\" modeling platform and \"Unity 3D\" interactive platform were used to digitally restore the sparrow brace in a realistic and detailed way. Deploying air defenses scientifically and effectively has become an important issue in air defense operations. This paper comprehensively analyzes the main factors affecting air defense deployment from the perspective of both sides of the enemy and us in air defense operations, and quantifies the process of the war game. An adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve the minimum kill path of air strike weapons, and it is embedded in the fitness function of the outer particle swarm optimization algorithm, and an air defense deployment model based on the adaptive nested particle swarm optimization algorithm is designed. Firstly, the questionnaire of Kano model is used for investigation and analysis, and the key design elements are obtained according to the importance of the quality elements of the investigation results. Secondly, the key elements obtained are taken as important objectives, and the integrated innovation method combining situational function behavior structure model (FBS) and Kano model is cited to solve the problem of insufficient design and mine effective innovation methods and new processes. Through the application of scenario FBS, the results of user demand analysis can more intuitively, accurately and multi angle reflect the actual needs.
