Firstly, the questionnaire of Kano model is used for investigation and analysis, and the key design elements are obtained according to the importance of the quality elements of the investigation results. Secondly, the key elements obtained are taken as important objectives, and the integrated innovation method combining situational function behavior structure model (FBS) and Kano model is cited to solve the problem of insufficient design and mine effective innovation methods and new processes. Through the application of scenario FBS, the results of user demand analysis can more intuitively, accurately and multi angle reflect the actual needs.
