Firstly, the questionnaire of Kano model is used for investigation and analysis, and the key design elements are obtained according to the importance of the quality elements of the investigation results. Secondly, the key elements obtained are taken as important objectives, and the integrated innovation method combining situational function behavior structure model (FBS) and Kano model is cited to solve the problem of insufficient design and mine effective innovation methods and new processes. Through the application of scenario FBS, the results of user demand analysis can more intuitively, accurately and multi angle reflect the actual needs. 摘要

为了准确分析视障人群对出行辅助装备的多功能需求,提升人群出行辅助装备的用户体验和设计效果,在用户问卷调查分析的基础上,提出了一种基于Kano模型和情境FBS模型的创新设计方法。并对视障人群户外辅助设备的功能需求进行了分层分类。首先,采用卡诺模型问卷进行调查分析,根据调查结果中质量要素的重要程度得到关键设计要素;其次,以获得的关键要素为重要目标,引用情境功能行为结构模型(FBS)与Kano模型相结合的集成创新方法,解决设计不足的问题,挖掘有效的创新方法和新流程;通过场景FBS的应用,用户需求分析结果可以更直观、准确、多角度地反映实际需求。最后,以一种视障人士出行智能辅助设备的创新设计为例,结合Kano模型与情境FBS模型的互补优势,为视障人士的需求研究提供一定的参考价值。
