Abstract

As 3D data scanning technology has been very mature, and successfully applied in many industries. In this paper, 3D data scanning technology is combined with the restoration and protection of ancient furniture, including the connotation of restoration and protection of ancient furniture, 3D data scanning, digital restoration, CNC numerical control processing, model database construction, 3D virtual reality, so as to give full play to the application value of 3D data scanning technology. It can not only effectively solve the existing problems of the restoration and protection of ancient furniture, but also improve the restoration and protection technology of ancient furniture, and promote the inheritance and innovation of traditional furniture.
