In the research, the scenario elements and innovation design methods are summarized according to the characteristics of mobile Internet products. Then, key needs are determined through problem scenario analysis and KANO model evaluation, and innovative methods are used in the target scenario analysis to assist in the generation of concepts. Finally, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to select valuable concepts.
