Bionics also plays a role in solving invention problems, and both have been widely used in the engineering field. Based on the known literature, this paper analyzes the corresponding engineering problems, matches 39 engineering parameters, fills the bionic model into the conflict matrix, enriches and improves the solution of TRIZ invention principle based on bionic principle, and explains its application method. Through this method, the improvement of the silage header is proposed. Among these, 3D printing of ceramics has developed rapidly in the past decade, and it greatly influences ceramics modeling designs. This technique has overcome the limitations of traditional ceramic processes and allows designers to produce creative parts more freely. For ceramic 3D printing, path designing is required. However, limited by the traditional knowledge of 3D printing path design, ceramic printing materials cannot be integrated with traditional printing paths. To solve this problem, herein, we review ceramic 3D printing designs over the past decade and combine computer-aided manufacturing technology to identify innovative cases and methods for designing ceramic 3D printing paths. The AHP method is used to construct the evaluation model of the denture cleaning machine design scheme with aesthetics, economy, and functionality as the benchmark index. The relative weight of each design element is calculated through calculation, and the product scheme design is carried out after obtaining the design focus according to the index weight. Finally, the TOPSIS method is used to determine the distance between different design schemes and the optimal scheme, to realize the prioritization of various schemes, and to reduce the subjectivity and one-sidedness of design scheme evaluation. Methods: Based on the related theories of Kansei Engineering, use questionnaires and other methods to select perceptual vocabulary. Through data analysis and processing, a mapping relationship between perceptual vocabulary and modeling features is established, and modeling features that meet the perceptual needs of users are determined and their feasibility is proved by practice.
