Abstract

义齿清洗机设计与优化方法研究
为了客观评价义齿清洗机中定性指标对义齿清洗机设计的影响,为义齿清洗机设计提供科学决策,优化设计方案。采用层次分析法构建以美观、经济、功能性为基准指标的义齿清洗机设计方案评价模型。通过计算计算出各设计要素的相对权重,根据指标权重获得设计重点后进行产品方案设计。最后,利用TOPSIS方法确定不同设计方案与最优方案之间的距离,实现各种方案的优先排序,减少设计方案评价的主观性和片面性。综合AHP和TOPSIS方法完成义齿清洗机方案的设计与优化,为今后义齿清洗机的设计评价与优化提供参考。
