To solve this problem, a variable thickness wing with simple structure and rapid deformation is proposed. Based on the requirements of variable thickness wing drive, a self-resetting flexible actuator composed of cylindrical helical compression spring and two-way shape memory alloy spring is designed. The deformation of the wing is predicted by finite element simulation, and the size of shape memory alloy in flexible actuator is designed under the guidance of the corresponding net output force. After the design of variant wing and the construction of experimental platform, the thickness deformation experiment of wing is carried out. It determines the comfort level, stability, safety of the car. So far, basic on the consideration of security, AFS combine manual control and electric control to steer has been used at present. In the area of assisted steering, EPS has quickly developed and become the first choice of small cars. In this program, my teammate and I used Python code to simulate four different circumstances: 1. BMW linear U-turn 2. BMW linear lane change 3.BMW non-linear force model 4. sharper turns-BMW. The article also plot the front tire force and the front tire slip angle vs time. By using function plot_trajectory, the article plot the Trajectory of Chevy((x(t), y(t)) and χ(t) vs t) for the non-linear force model for the U-turn above. At last, the article plot the front force and slip angle by our plot-forces function. From the final outcome,the article find that the car is successfully complete both maneuvers. The article observe that when the car is turning, the chi(t) is changing too. The U turn’s values of y(t) and chi(t) are larger than lane change. The second thing the article find is non-linear u_turn is harder to complete than linear. Lane change doesn’t have too much difference. For t_end, The article think it is necessary to make sure chi is bigger than 180 when the sharper of two curves are the same. The F_f of the linear tent is to be larger than nonlinear in the linear model. The article also compare Chevy car with BMW car in the simulation, on U-turn speed and it turns out that Chevy car is faster. BMW completes sharper turns with minimal turn radius and turns time.The article use the date to calculate their F_f. A digitally designed car can let any of the parts be tested, amended, or replaced without any of the costs of actually making them. Because of this general trend, engineers are expected to receive solid training in mathematical modeling of complex physical systems and learn how to solve the resulting equations on a computer. In this paper, we use python to build two different cars (BMW and Chevrolet Cavalier) in linear and non-linear force models to observe how their motion and force change in given turn profiles. The study aims to model the car by python and find out how it turns. First, we develop a simple model of a car. Then we use python to define two kinds of cars (BMW and Chevrolet Cavalier), two kinds of turn profiles (U- turn and lane change) and two forces models (linear and nonlinear). Scholars often focus on the techniques and materials used in gelled patterning and gilding. In this paper, from the perspective of the visual perception theory, the visual performance of the gelled patterning and gilding is deeply analyzed, proposing new approaches for craft application and innovation development. Method: Based on the visual gravity theory of Rudolf Anheim, the visual gravity and image effects are explored from the lek line, gilding and pattern of the gelled patterning and gilding. Result: It is proposed that the craft is affected by its own material, volume, Color, and the complexity of the pattern. As a result, there is a variation in visual gravity, giving different visual effects to the image and probing aesthetic feelings and features. Moreover, considering the modern lifestyle and the trend of social development, the practical application feasibility of the craft under the background of rural revitalization is proposed.
