Abstract

In order to help mobile Internet companies accurately identify product innovation opportunities, the study applies scenario-based design to the innovation of mobile Internet products, and proposes innovation design process for mobile Internet products. In the research, the scenario elements and innovation design methods are summarized according to the characteristics of mobile Internet products. Then, key needs are determined through problem scenario analysis and KANO model evaluation, and innovative methods are used in the target scenario analysis to assist in the generation of concepts.
